Great working with phlebotomist technician Tina R. She came to the home of a patient who is 74 yrs old, bed bound with physical immobility and pain in her body. First home nurse came to draw blood and couldn't complete draw. Second nurse came and the same thing, they couldn't complete draw. Then, Soft Touch Mobile Labs was referred to us from the Primary Doctors office. From the moment Tina returned my call, (the call went to voicemail first), but being excellent customer service, Tina actually called me back and asked if I was looking to schedule. We liked this, as it means they are professionals and they want to help you. She came the next day early at 6am and was ready to help. She looked over the patient and felt confident in drawing her blood. (Previous attempts to draw blood had left bruising in various places). She tried the left arm only once and had an issue with a moving vein. She tried the right arm and was successful. Through the time she was here, she was kind and gentle and constantly asking if patient was okay. She was professional in explaining the draw process, including the way the veins lay in the arms and also helpful with tips on preparing for and completing a successful blood draw. She also explained steps forward on delivery of samples to Sonora Quest and how to follow up on Sonora Quest's website to obtain the results. There was a trip charge of $75 dollars, and we would have paid double the price for the service we received. Soft Touch Mobile comes out to you, they are professional, nice and kind, and can solve issues others might not be able. Thank you for your time and help, and we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND to others in the same position as us. Thx.

Professional, understanding and patient. My son is just 1.5 it’s very hard to do a blood draw on a baby but they understood the difficulties and made it work! Having them in your house is the best bc we were able to calm and cuddle him immediately without getting in the car. He also had no bruising at all! And they deliver to in network labs so that’s great too. I hope we don’t have to do that again but if we do I will only use them!

Great experience. As a homebound cancer patient who need a blood draw for labs, I was able to get an appointment right away and the tech was absolutely lovely. She had a gentle touch and was very professional, while being very friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend!

Soft, touch, mobile labs are amazing!

My last experience going to get my labs done at a S.Q. consisted of a 45 minute drive, an hour Wait, then the lab ended up losing my sample!?!

Soft touch, mobile labs came to me in my home, which is extremely convenient. They were so nice, friendly, and experienced.

There’s no question on which experience I would rather have. Well worth it.

Amazing, I love this service, we called just a few days before needing an appointment for our 4 y/o daughter who is on the spectrum and they were great with her, it was her 1st time ever getting blood work, she was running around playing right after. And it was an early Saturday Morning appointment, I highly recommend!
