Smarty Pants Intown Tutoring has been very effective for my 7-year old son. His Tutor, Anne, makes the sessions fun and engaging, so that my son really enjoys attending and looks foward to it each week. Anne is also very responsive and provides great feedback about his progress. We have been working with Smarty Pants for about six months and have seen huge improvements in our son’s reading ability and comprehension. I highly recommend Smarty Pants for reading tutoring services.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism

Our 8 son has been working with Anne for 2 years off and on and we’ve had some amazing progress in his reading and writing. He looks forward to seeing her each week and feels good when he completes his sessions with her. She has taken the time to stay in communication with his teacher at school and other school administrators to be sure they are all on the same team for our child. It was important for us to have an OG certified Tudor but also one that made learning fun and not feel like a burden.

We have been using a tutor from Smarty Pants for almost 3 years now. My special needs son was difficult to work with, both ADHD and Dyslexia, and resistant to wanting help. I like to call Susan our Mary Poppins. She would arrive with her crate of games and letters and it was like magic how he would fold into her routine. Thru Covid, we kept sessions to virtual and she adapted marvelously- I think he actually looks forward to it (even though he puts up a fuss beforehand). His reading and spelling have improved dramatically!
