It's a 10min walk to mpt and their is plenty for stores around you for all your needs. I'm so impressed with the way the company always responds to emails. Don't hesitate to stay with them.

I had a great little place just off SE 17th...perfect central location within walking distance of many amenities. Apartment was equipped with MORE than I needed...cooking supplies, utensils, toiletries, garbage bins, even a Tupperware container! I contacted SmartMove via their email support and received prompt, friendly replies. 10/10 will return again!

GoogleI liked the location of my house. It had a very simple, clean and spacious layout. Great location to marinas, the beach, supermarkets, food and bars.The back garden was incredible and I spent lots of time out there. My only complaints are 4 girls to one bathroom and the location and number of outlets in my room weren't ideal. Overall, happy with my stay and they were a very easy/accommodating company to work with.

And it’s nice to meet new people with likeminded goals to bounce ideas, experience, and good times off of.

You can reach them on foot. The staff is very professional and engaging. They continuously check on you and always ready to help.

Wonderful experience all around. The house and common areas are very clean and nicely spread out. Will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend staying here for any yacht crew looking for a crew house.
