Sky Collision in Lilburn, Ga is the best! I do not do reviews often but when the service is the best and better than I have experienced I MUST give a review! Amber at Sky Collision was nothing less than AWESOME! I see why my insurance provider State Farm uses them. There were a few delays but Amber kept us posted with necessary updates. She also ensured we were billed correctly. The car rental process experience went smooth only because of Amber! We picked up our rental there at Sky Collison and when our vehicle was ready we dropped the rental off right there at the shop! That is what I call convenient Service! I do no have enough words for this wonderful experience. My husband is pretty laid back but I am particular about most everything and I can be a pretty tough customer. I had NO issues with the service Sky Collision provided. Again there were some delays for parts but I experience that in other aspects of life. But the service Sky Collision provided was beyond satisfactory our vehicle looks great! Thanks Sky Collision and Amber you ARE the best!

Sky collision and all of the staff including the delightful office manager were friendly and professional. In these days of delayed parts and understaffed. .these guys were great. Took my car right in began repairs immediately and I had my 2014 car back looking brand new in less than two weeks. OUTSTANDING!!!

I took my car to Sky Collision recommended by State Farm. Amber was polite and helpful. Very professional. When State Farm messed something up she called it and got it fixed for me. Loved her attitude. I am looking forward to working with her. Updated: I picked up my car today. I am new to the area and was not sure where to go so I asked a friend who had done work there before and recommended Sky. I was not disappointed. Matter of fact I needed a wash job and a thorough vacuum and to my surprise when I picked up my car I no longer needed to go to the car wash. Pleasantly surprised I was. Customer service top notch. From the receptionist right down the line. I will definitely be telling others about my wonderful experience.

Was great. Protection Sheild under bumper ripped off. And he fixed it for me immediately for no charge and order a new part for me. Part came in about 4 days later he called me to bring in and took about 15 mins to fix. And was very affordable. Was a wonderful experience.

We have taken 2 of our cars to Sky Collison. Both times, they have gone above and beyond for us regular people. The staff is always polite and willing to answer whatever questions we have. Highly recommend! From the start of the phone call I was greeted with care and explained the process with the insurance company and would help get the rental ready for me. They called me same day about the repairs and cost and sent a text link that gives you updates with their progress of the vehicle being completed. 5 stars all the way. Even told my State Farm’s representative that they are the best vendor for a body shop.

The front bumper on my sons car was loose due to a missing clip. I called several body shops and no one wanted to help. I sent my son to Sky collision and not only did they do it in less than 5 minute but they also did it free. That is why moving forward this is the only body shop I will ever use. Thanks Y’all

The damage don’t look that bad, but this collision center went the extra mile to clean my headlights, car wash in/out. Customer service don’t seems to be nice, but when they talk to you they are super nice, polite, and knowledgeable. Honestly I don’t expect any business to be nice, as a customer I only expect a business to do a good job. This collision center did amazing job. I really recommend 100%.
