Single Source assisted with mitgation and rebuilding damaged areas of my mothers home. Each team was wonderful! They carefully explained all needs and options with her and I. Each person we dealt with were professional, knowledgeable, kind and so very patient! Renee, Kyle, Scott, Mike were so easy to talk to and very responsive. My wood kitchen floor had sustained considerable damage thanks to a water leak from my freezer’s ice maker. I contacted Single Source, and they sent Shane, one of their project managers, to assess the damage. From the time Shane arrived through the time I signed off on his part of the project, the experience has been incredibly stress free. Shane looked over the damage, explained very succinctly what would need to be done (and in what time frame), and left me feeling very confident that he and his team could do what he said they would. Essentially, there are two phases to the project: first, emptying cabinets and my pantry to allow access to the affected floorboards and wallboard and then removing the damaged floor, wall, and cabinets. Second, after the demolition is complete (Shane’s phase), a second project team will be responsible for restoring my open-plan condo to its pre-damaged condition. I was feeling rather overwhelmed by the whole thing—the thought of emptying cabinets, packing up a lifetime of possessions, and then emptying most of the condo of all of my contents was just plain too much! Shane reassured me that all I would have to do is open my front door; he and his team (and then the phase 2 team) would take care of everything else. Phase 1: As promised, Shane and his team (Ed and Dave) showed up right on time on the allotted day. Once Ed and Dave were brought up to speed on what would need to happen, Shane left them to it. In the course of about six hours, they had boxed up anything that needed to be removed from cabinets and shelves, removed a couple cabinets that had been damaged, and had torn up the affected flooring. They were quick, efficient, and very respectful of my belongings. Before they left that day, they had set up a dehumidifier to dry out the subflooring and walls. They had attached heavy-duty plastic sheeting around the affected space, which helped mitigate any construction dust and also contained the area to allow the dehumifier to concentrate on the affected area. After 1 1/2 days, Shane came back to inspect everything. His moisture meter indicated that the subfloor and wallboards were dry, so he said that his team would return in the morning to paint a sealer on the subfloor. With that, phase 1 is complete and I will look forward to meeting the phase 2 team. I am soooo relieved that I hired Single Source to help me through this stressful process. And very grateful that they assigned Shane and his guys to me!

I had a small sewer backup a few days ago....The city (due to a blocked sewer line) called Single Source...Within minutes someone called to set up a service tech to come over with equipment and to assess the basement. You speak to REAL people that call you when they say they will, are extremely helpful, prompt and courteous! Steve was very accomodating, neat and quick with the repair. I recently had a pipe burst in my basement and I called single source to help with the cleanup. They were very professional and did a fantastic job, beyond simply cleaning up the water damage they vacuumed my basement top to bottom boxed everything up and removed all the rubbish. The workers were professional, courteous and knowledgeable and answered all my questions and took the time to explain things. WOW!!!! Professional, courteous! I had serious hail damage to my roof and Single Source came in, did the estimate, contacted my insurance company and within a few weeks, I have a fabulous looking new roof upgraded roof! Justin at Single Source is extremely knowledgable on building codes and because of that, he was able to show the codes to the insurance company to get the upgrades covered.
Their roofing team worked from the moment they arrived with one short lunch break working almost 12 hours. They completed the entire job in one day and my roof is 2,000 square feet, so it's a sizable roof. The team was very careful to protect my gardens, they moved plants, lawn furniture and put everything back they in place before they left. The clean up was impeccable! Not a scrap of shingle, paper, trash or nails left to be seen! I would highly recommend Single Source for all your repair needs caused by damage.

, After a slow water drip of several years in an internal wall, which resulted in severe damage and mold infestation, my wife and I were faced with the daunting job of hiring a company for reconstruction. Happily, we chose SINGLE SOURCE! One day after my call to them., ****** and project manager *********************** arrived to evaluate our situation. They explained in detail how they would proceed. We would need a painting crew, new wall board, ********* to put together a brand new replacement vanity, and a skilled tile expert to replace much of the tile on the wall of our bathroom. During this approximately two month process, I was impressed with project manager ***** rapid response to my phone calls and text messages. I had 3 floods in my finished basement which includes a family room, bedroom, bathroom, laundry room and more between Dec. 19 and Jan 13 and that one phone call to Single Source was the best call I could have made. Every single staff who entered my home were professional and more impressive cared about what we were going through. Seeing my personal things floating around the basement was overwhelming but with people like Justin and Eric reassuring me they would take care of it all made my nerves calm down. Every step through the process was explained clearly and was done in a timely manner. They took care of it all and kept me calm. From water and dirt from outside to a dry and cleaned basement makes it all feel normal again. Again the staff that came through were exceptional. My experience with SingleSource was an 11/10 experience and would highly recommend. Last week the septic in my complex was clogged and backed up into my condo. The team was extremely responsive in getting here to clean and sanitize. The project manager Eric was incredibly helpful in waking me though what they were doing ensuring it was properly cleaned. Shortly there after they had their team back asap go get quotes together so would get get to the restoration process. Given the circumstances never hope I need them again but if I do I know exactly who to call.
