We were referred to Shutters and More by our daughter who had shutters down in several rooms of her home. They were able to come to our home within a day of our call and showed us samples and gave us a firm price -- product and installation as well as removal and discarding of the existing window treatments.

The timeframe was projected to be five to six weeks but, in fact, they were ready and installed in just over three weeks.

The shutters were made exactly as requested and the installation (which only required about an hour) was done perfectly. The shutters are beautiful and an immense improvement over what we had.

Claude, with whom we met, was knowledgeable and engaging -- and at no time did we feel pressured to purchase -- making the experience completely painless.

The pricing was fair and the options of using a credit card made it a very easy transaction.

I unequivocally recommend Shutters and More and will absolutely use them again if I need shutters in another room.
