Words really cant express how thankful I am. Being a first time home buyer I didn’t know what to expect, but realtor (JT Howard) placed me in GREAT hands. From the first conversation to last, my Faith never wavered about the work that was being done. You all always kept me up to date. You all were so encouraging and supporting. I've had a hard time getting a mortgage. I knew I was more than qualified. I've tried others who have given me the run around, but Shawnta called me every single day to inform me of what was going on. She took the time out to hear about my situation and guide me through every step. As of December 20, 2021, I'm officially a home owner.
