Sylvia is such a sweetheart and you can tell that she is passionate about her job, cares about customers, and love fitness. When I first walked into this place, I wasn’t pressured to sign up for a membership once. She took time to showed me around the Gym and explained in details about the different option Gym packages to me which is very nice. Super Clean facility and Highly Recommend!!!!

Equipment very good condition, place and equipment always sanitized and kept clean. Always have spray bottles and towels for individual to take for sanitizing. Been with Shapes for 7 years now (on and off, but mostly ON for over a year now). Never felt judged. My "class" mates are awesome!

She was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the gym and all their services. When I went in for my tour I found the gym spotless and very organized regarding the covid 19 protocols again thanks to Sylvia who gave me the tour. I have worked 20 years in Hospitality and now, almost 20 years in long term care. I know sincere, caring and knowledgeable people when I interact with them...Sylvia has all of these great qualities which are so important when dealing with the public!! Professional gym with nice staff and a great ambiance. Would definitely recommend going here. One thing that might be of an issue is that this place is a bit too pricey, apart from that pretty great experience.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, Quality Sylvia is great and very friendly. Extremely clean and well kept. Small and not as many free weights/machines as other gyms I've been to but it has all that I need. I go quite early in the morning and it feels safe and everyone seems friendly.

I cannot say enough good things about this shapes location! I was looking for a gym for a while and decided to go in for a meeting to see if this shapes was a good fit and let me tell you, it absolutely was. Shaline has gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcomed through the whole process. I would highly recommend this gym!!
