I attended the restorative Yoga on Tuesday and slow Flo today with Leigh she is very good and her instruction is awesome, I went in with a sore back and came out rejuvenated. feeling blessed

The Cyber Monday deal as too good to give up. Quiet in the morning and a vast amount of quality equipment and class offerings. Gym is quite clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. They really need to get with the times and get a scanning app to allow entry, a FOB and membership card makes no sense. Also, class booking is only 3 days in advance and makes it hard to organize a week of workouts. Other locations are not as nice as the Pembina location. It's disappointing going to another location and having inferior equipment.
