Needed to send some paperwork to India, and glad was able to find them. Saved half of the shipping cost for priority internal shipment, for the same carriers as other shipping agents or stores. Received the shipping label and instructions in about an hour by email.

Great price and good service, but I do have a couple of suggestions:

a) Generate shipping label automatically and skip manual verification
b) Fedex required an invoice which had to be filled manually. Sending the invoice along with the shipping labels would have been very helpful

I was looking for sending a parcel to India from USA . I have used services from another company in past but the experience was not all that great so I tried SFL this time and it was a smooth process and best part was that none of my calls went unanswered and all emails very replied in timely manner. I used their service to send an envelop to India. Cheap and best compared to FEDEX. I paid less than 50% only and it got delivered in the timeframe. Good Service. Will use whenever needed. I give 4 starts because I received the label one day late..Otherwise, the service is good.

This is the 2nd time I used them and they delivered perfectly this time. I used them the first time a couple of months ago and they did not follow up on my online order which caused an important shipment to be delayed. I was not very happy with them and wrote a scathing review. They followed up after the review and apologized for their mistake and asked me to give them a second chance. They were persistent in following up. When I saw their eagerness to make amends I told them that I will give them a second chance. They delivered perfectly this time and I will use them again. I believe in second chances. Everyone deserves one!

Everything went so well right on time. I booked online for shipment of the document. jatin was assigned to complete the order since he was on leave Punit took over and the shipment reached Hyderabad in 5 days. Excellent service would recommend to use SFL and I would definitely use in future.

They are reliable, and relatively inexpensive. The process of sending a gift to India was smooth, although we did have delays at customs in India. I wish they would have provided guidance on how to fill out the customs form and pointed out the fact that we need to document individual items with quantity rather than write something as generic as household items. Apart from this minor issue, no complains. I will definitely use them again.
