I am the owner of an Airbnb in Oklahoma City. I had a guest that is suspected of distributing marijuana from it. There were guests coming and going with garbage sacks and boxes all night seen with outdoor camera. My property manager stepped into a horrible mess of pot odor everywhere. Pieces of marijuana were all over the kitchen and dining room and the smell was in our linens, in our furniture and carpet. My daughter found Serve-pro on google and they were fantastic. Their representative was out the next day to give me an estimate. They are very professional, quick to respond and I can see why they have had so many 5 star reviews in the past. I will use them again and recommend them to other customers.

*** Update Below *** Where do I start? This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a company. They do not know the first thing about water remediation. Zero communication, missed appointments, damaged our new Ping-Pong table, the workers roam your house looking in all the rooms upstairs that had nothing to do with the water damage (can only assume what they were looking to do), quoted $6k for the job sent insurance an invoice for $7k. All they did was put 15 or so floor fans out and 3 dehumidifiers, didn't remove the wet sheetrock, insulation, drill holes in the cabinets, etc.
***Update***
Calvin reached out to us and did everything in his power to make sure we were satisficed. The job didn't go well but Calvin's customer service and follow up shows me that Denton Servpro will make it right and values their customers. I would give them another chance in the future.

Our sump pumps went out and we'd had a lot of rain which resulted in our basement flooding. After the plumber fixed the sump pumps I called Servpro and Mike and his crew were out that afternoon. They vacuumed out the standing water and put their drying equipment out. They came back out and tested daily until they concluded the environment for mold had been eliminated. Mike went above and beyond when it was over 100 degrees and incredibly humid and the power had gone out in the basement. I couldn't figure out which breaker had been tripped and when Mike came over he went out and got the power back on. Trivione, one of the crew members, was very helpful and diligent. All the crew members were timely, hard working, and professional, very nice. Highly recommend!

Derek from Servpro came out to my home when my life was falling apart. Not only was he calm and collected, which helped settle me down, but he also gave extremely valuable insight and knowledge that couldn't be bought. Trivione came out and one of the nicest and most professional people I've had the pleasure of meeting. He answered all my questions in depth and also provided insightful and helpful information. Everyone I've worked with and spoke to at Servpro went above and beyond to lengths I never would've thought a person would do. If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would be.
