From the moment we called late on a Saturday night to the final pulling of equipment, Andrew and his team at ServPro were wonderful to work with. They were always on time and very communicative.

We worked with Kory Essman to restore some water and septic damage to my father's home. The first crew that came out did not follow instructions, tried to cut corners, were disrespectful at times when we called them on it and overall did an awful job. I wish I had their names and am hopeful they will never br used by Servpro again..
Kory came out and inspected their work and promptly called in another crew, Start to Finish, to re-do and fix the work. Start to Finish did a great job repainting, reinstalling carpet and repairing the tile installation. They took great care and pride in the work that they did as well as being respectful. Kory came out to supervise to make sure the job was done well.
I would give the 1st crew less than 1 star but am writing this review of Kory and the 2nd crew.

Dealing with water damage was the last thing I wanted to do. My past experiences with other contractors were less than stellar. I did my research and saw that Servpro had over 100 five-star ratings. From the first phone call to the last day everyone was professional, on time, and respected my home by keeping it clean as they worked. I want to acknowledge Mark, Jeremiah, and Jesse. Each of them are the epitome of professionalism and understand customer service. I highly recommend Servpro.
