They were so easy to deal with. Loved having them in our home. They worked effortlessly and calmly to make sure everything was working to perfection. There was one glitch that they were relentless to figure out. It was a Comcast problem not any of their hard work. My point is that they stayed on it until it was taken care of. We would recommend them in a heart beat. As a matter of fact we already did and another soon to be satisfied customer is coming their way.

I finally found a company that picks up the phone and comes out when I need them to. I called and they were here the same day to take care of a few issues I was having with my Control4 system. Extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I’ve had Victor and his team out a few times since to do some additional work. These guys are built around customer service and they’ve got my business locked in going forward. I’ve also referred them to several neighbors and friends who now use Victor and his team. Thank you!

We found Victor of Select Home Automation (selecthomeautomation.com) after searching online. We’d done our homework and had already interviewed 2 other companies. His company was highly rated.
What set Victor apart was his vast personal knowledge of his products and how he listened to what we wanted. Our process evolved over a few weeks and included multiple visits to his showroom and with Victor coming to our home.
We were presented with 2 different system options and Victor guided us through answering all of our questions and addressing all concerns.
Our ultimate choice was priced very fairly.
The second part of the process was the installation and that’s where Victor and his team exceeded all our expectations. The 2 man team, Joe and Connor, expertly negotiated the convoluted attic spaces and even provided a mini audio system for the studio.
Ours was not an “in and out” installation, over several weeks as we acclimated to our new system, the team returned several times to fine tune it and to teach us how to get the most out of our system.
Victor and his team provided us with stellar attention, patience, and professional care. We now have a cutting edge TV and audio system to rival the best movie theatre shows with movies and concerts in surround sound.
Honestly, the only downside is we are spending A LOT more time inside where our viewing and listening desires are available 24/7!
