Mike, Ian, Luis, and Rob top to bottom were kind, courteous, and efficient. The team walked us through the entire process of appropriate and safe steps to remediate mold in our home. They answered any and all questions, and remediated our mold concern promptly, efficiently, and safely. Finding the mold was discouraging, but Secure Restoration gave us the confidence to fix the problem safely and reasonably.

Houston and Ezra did a great job for us. We had a toilet leak and ruin our kitchen ceiling. They came out quickly, were professional and efficient, and minimized the damage we could have suffered. I highly recommend Secure Restoration and Houston and Ezra.

The guys were great! Polite, professional and effective! They moved tons of furniture, carefully disassembled cabinets and there was no mess left anywhere! Extreme care was taken with all my items. (And my dog liked them...BONUS! )

Moisture barrier had to be replaced due to water leak. It was not done correctly the first time. I reported my dissatisfaction to the owner. Luis came out and made it right with a different crew. Luis is an absolute pleasure to work with. Juan and Lisseth redid the job beautifully. All their employees have been polite and respectful to work with.
