Scott is one of the good ones, and I don’t say that lightly. As someone who has done many, many real estate transactions over the years, I’m always skeptical when choosing a realtor. I find they can be flaky, cocky, untruthful, opaque and manipulative and Scott and his team were none of those. They were in fact great communicators, easy to get ahold of, gave great advice, responsive to our requests and did all of this from a distance since we were not even in Idaho for most of the process. Scott knows the Boise market and shows that with lots of data, is willing to work outside the box, in our case that meant keeping a house caretaker involved and working with us from a distance and guided us so we didn’t have to spend more money than necessary to get our house market ready.
I would recommend Scott and his team without any reservations to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.
