I want to say thank you, Abbey, my case manager, who had to go out on maternity leave during my case. Abbey has always kept her word to me. She is professional, empathetic, and kind. I was not getting the help I needed when she was gone, and I almost fired this firm for handling my case. I decided to wait until she came back. Abbey came back from maternity leave, took over the management of my case, and within six weeks, I got my settlement. I know it was because of her hard work and due diligence. She restored my faith in people helping just to help. Just a note to the firm, I loss my father unexpectedly in December after my accident. I was going through a lot of pain and depression. Every time Abbey called me, she was kind. When she went on maternity leave, I felt like a number or just another case, and the ball was dropped multiple times concerning my case. I am a person, and I matter. I may not have the biggest settlement, but I still matter, and Abbey showed me that. In every interaction that I had with her. I felt seen and heard. Thank you, Abbey. Simply thank you. I will forever remember your kindness, your empathy towards me. You deserve a bonus and a raise.

Abbey and Thomas both had great communication during my whole time working with them. Abbey responded to every question I had in a timely matter, and helped settle any anxiety I had during this process. Thomas fought incredibly hard for me, and to ensure the outcome was fair for me. Nat (Nathaniel) was awesome. The whole process was painless and relatively quick. He made sure to call me and update me when there was one to give. Never met a lawyer as down to earth and as informative as Nat was. Schiller is a great law firm and they have great reviews for a reason!

Schiller's Law Office was recommended to me after my family and I were in a nasty t-bone, and roll over wreck, leaving me with a mild traumatic brain injury. Our case took a few years because the treatment for my TBI was lengthy, and thus my husband and I became pretty familiar with our attorney and some of the other staff there. Everyone down to the receptionist, are super friendly. Adam and Michelle are fantastic, very professional and always addressed any of our concerns, and were very supportive during the whole process. They are well versed in what they are doing, and will get you what you deserve in compensation. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a bodily injury attorney to fight for your case.

I normally don’t make time to leave reviews. I am leaving a review this time, because people need to know how amazing, caring, supportive and compassionate they are at Schiller Law Offices. I had a MVA (motor vehicle accident) in April. I sustained injuries from this accident. I was not sure what to do, or who to call to get things sorted out, then I went for treatment at Indy Spine and they gave me a folder with all the information that I would need to move forward with my accident recovery. My attorney is Thomas Barbour and his assistant is, Yayi. Both Thomas and Yayi have been amazing at holding my hand through this process. I receive a weekly email checking in with me and asking do I have questions about anything. Plus, approximately every 10 days either Thomas or Yayi will call me on the phone and do a check-in. Thomas and Yayi both remind me that if I need anything, whether it be a question or having them calling the insurance company’s to take care of business, I just need to call them or send an email regarding my concerns. They are very prompt with getting things done and with communicating with me (their client). I have never had such compassion from a law office as I have with Schiller. Thank you Thomas and Yayi for always going above and beyond for me, your clients, you have most definitely made this situation less stressful for me and my family. I highly recommend this law firm, especially Thomas and Yayi, shall you ever need representation due to an accident.
