My husband and I moved to Prescott Valley from the Phoenix area recently. Before moving north, we had the same wonderful real estate agent for many years, through buying and selling of several homes as our family grew and our needs and wants changed. So coming from a professional relationship that was so great, our agent became a family friend, having to start over and find a new agent, we were worried we wouldn't be able to find someone as amazing... boy have we been pleasantly surprised by Sandy and David! They are everything we hoped to find in a real estate team. Most important to me personally is kindness, they are kind and respectful, down to earth, easy to communicate with. Second, they are knowledgable! They are familiar with the area, can offer solid advice for things we need help with like schools for our kids. They know the builders and contractors in the area, and helped us navigate making the best decisions for our family. Third, they have the experience to help make the process of buying a home as smooth as possible. They have been with us every step of the way. They never leave me hanging when I need to reach out with a question or if I need help with something. They are responsive and genuinely care about us as their clients. To make a long review short, we are very happy that we chose them and they chose us, and we highly recommend them! Thank you Sandy and David!

Sandy and her team are exceptional. I was able to work with them on a project and they are incredible easy to work with — responsive, detail oriented, and super friendly. If you are looking for Prescott homes for sale or even looking to sell your Prescott home, this is the team you want to hire. Just overall super classy and they REALLY know their stuff. I recommend them without reservation!!!!

I worked with David over the last few months. He’s a great guy and always willing to help. We purchased our home in viewpoint and we are so happy with it. We were not able to move for a few months so the house did sit for some time. We got a call from one of our neighbors saying that we had a few wasps nests. I called David and asked if he knew anyone that could help. He immediately said “don’t worry about it, I’ll handle it”! Next thing I know, it’s all taken care of. David did it himself. That’s why I recommend him. He’s the best realtor in viewpoint that I could find. Honestly, the best realtor in Prescott!
