We had an emergency plumbing issue on a Friday night in August. Saturday morning, the plumber arrived and saw that the situation was serious, so he called in Flood Busters. Marshall arrived and was super helpful and informative. He helped us file the claim, explained next steps, and was very responsive to all of our questions. I highly recommend Flood Busters if you need help drying out a plumbing issue.

James Kammerer of flood busters did it again. When a water pipe bursts panic sets in. The walls and floor become soaked and furniture is at risk. James calms the anxiety, gets to work mitigating the damage, estimating a course of action, and notifying plumbers, contents pack out and reconstruction contractors if you don’t know where to start. Thank goodness for James at Flood Busters.

Flood Busters is at the tip of the spear when it comes to customer satisfaction. With it's team of professionals and it's extended team consisting of the following companies: ARC, San Diego Packing and South Bay Carpet reflects great credit upon Flood Busters outstanding management ability to get the job done with a can do attitude. On June 26, 2023 we contacted Flood Busters and one of it's team members responded rapidly to a chaotic scene of soaked carpet and walls. We were highly impressed by Mr. Anthony Moreno and his quick action, caring attitude and knowledge which extends to all of the aforementioned companies and employees. We remain grateful and thankful for a job well done!

Jonathan and his team at San Diego Flood Busters were amazing. I had a pipe leak in the kitchen and as it turns out am having to have the whole kitchen replaced. The insurance initially sent out another company for the "damage control" but after a few days with no action I decided to call SDFB. Luckily, they also work with my insurance company. Jonathan responded quickly and was able to immediately start the drying out process, then the pack out and demo. Jonathan came by everyday, and his team even worked Saturday to get the job done. The whole team was very professional and did a great job. I was in good hands with Jonathan! Although this is a disaster in my home Jonathan and SDFB made the process bearable.

Had a couple of flood issues happen in the past year from unit upstairs. Both incidents unfortunately affected my unit below. Called Flood Busters the first incident and not only did they arrive quickly, but the service tech (Jonathan) was so helpful and reassuring. Had to call the Service Manager (Stephen) for advice several times, usually in a panic, and he made himself available, answered my questions honestly and guided me through my initial process w/my insurance company. Very knowledgeable staff. Had a 2nd incident (from upstairs unit)--well who you gonna call?--Flood Busters! Again the tech, Pablo, was efficient, productive and knowledgeable in helping me get through the initial water mess. Highly recommend this company. Very trustworthy and caring.

Pipe broke and Flood Busters was the first place I called in a panic. Jonathan was there in less than an hour. He was caring and thorough. It is a big job and this company really took care of everything.

Evan was the team member that assisted me through the initial process of after finding a slab leak in my home. I was overwhelmed with all the different things going on and dealing with insurance. Yet he made it so simple . Floodbusters amazing customer support coupled with expediency and reliability was more than I thought I deserved. Evan and his team just genuinely care about getting you through these type of events as easily as possible.

I have used Flood Busters on two separate occasions and in both cases they were responsive, supportive and professional. I hope I don’t have another water issue, but if I do I will reach back out to this company.

I recently had the nightmare of a sewer main backing up and leaving my bathroom sitting in 2 inches of sewer water.

After receiving MUCH larger quotes from 2 other companies, I was LUCKY enough to come across Evan and Flood Busters!!

Not only was Evan able to come out the following morning to assess, he was also able to complete the dry out AND demo in less than a week!!

Because of Evan and Flood Busters, my family and I were able to sleep better knowing we were in GREAT hands. I truly am grateful and lucky to have met such an AWESOME guy in Evan even under these terrible circumstances.
