Once Anthony got on scene he explained the process to us and made us feel better. Not only did he handle our claim but he put in contact with Reconstruction Rescue. My family would not be in the place we are without them.

I specifically want to shout out Marshall M. He is currently assigned to my job and is making the process as easy as it can be. He is incredibly kind, profession, and has offered gentle suggestions on how to move the process along. Flood Busters arrived within the hour, assessed extent of moisture and got to work same day to start drying process, which took 2 days. Ryan was professional, polite and respectful of our property, as well as a clear communicator. I would not hesitate to recommend Flood Busters and would definitely use them again if the need arose.

GoogleWe had significant water damage in both bathrooms from an attic copper line leak. Water damaged drywall in both bathrooms, living room and flooring in master bathroom and bedroom. Flood Busters arrived same day that we called them. Crew of three removed damaged drywall and laminate flooring. Anytime we had questions they were quick to provide an answer. At one time we had 10 fans, 3 de- humidifiers and a hepa filter air scrubber running constantly for 20 days. (We did turn off all of the drying fans at night to lessen the noise.) The crew from beginning to end were courteous, mindful of protecting our home from dust. A member of the crew came by every other day to use their moisture meter to monitor the moisture level in the wood wall frames and spray anti fungal spray where needed. Flood Busters did their job and I am very pleased with their work. Heaven forbid we have another need for their services, but if so I would call Flood Busters.

We almost used another company and they told us we needed to get way more done than we actually needed. Immediately I stopped them and called Flood Busters. They came within 30 minutes and they did less than half the work that the other company mentioned was "necessary" and were impeccable. Thank you Flood Busters...you are the best!

GoogleFlood Busters did an excellent job in helping to restore my bathroom that was affected by a broken shower arm. They arrived in a timely manner and brought in the machinary quickly to start the work. They answered all of my questions- even the difficult ones. I would recommend them! One pieces of advice if you have water damage is make sure that your insurance company is covering the remedation before having the equipment brought in, because if they do not, then you will be stuck with a large bill. Luckily, my insurance did cover it- but it was a battle to recieve the coverage. But Flood Busters is AWESOME!

GoogleJames Kammerer of flood busters did it again. When a water pipe bursts panic sets in. The walls and floor become soaked and furniture is at risk. James calms the anxiety, gets to work mitigating the damage, estimating a course of action, and notifying plumbers, contents pack out and reconstruction contractors if you don’t know where to start. Thank goodness for James at Flood Busters.
