Michael went above and beyond throughout the entire home inspection process. He spent an hour on the phone beforehand explaining the process, potential limitations, and even offered tips on how to minimize those limitations on the day of the inspection. His contract was clear, thorough, and easy to understand.

He was extremely responsive both before and after the inspection. On the day of, Michael took his time walking us through every detail of the house, encouraging us to ask questions—no matter how small—and making sure we felt confident and informed. He helped put things into perspective by explaining what truly mattered and what didn’t.

What could have been a stressful experience turned out to be surprisingly enjoyable! Mike recently conducted a home inspection for us, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. He spent about 2.5 hours carefully going through every part of the home, and his attention to detail was outstanding. Mike pointed out several things I hadn’t noticed or even thought to check, and he explained everything clearly along the way.

During the inspection he walked us through all of the facets of our potential new home including upkeep and things to look out for.
