The sediment filler casing on our tankless water heater burst overnight causing flooding in the outside patio and partial flooding in the kitchen. I called RPB at 4am, the operator stated someone From the office would be calling me shortly. Within minutes, Donna called to inform me that techs would be in the office by 8:30am. Ritchie was dispatched to my house we couldn’t be happier with his work. Great attitude, friendly answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about tankless water heaters and what the issue was. He ordered the part, picked it up and installed all within an hours and a half. Will definitely be using RPB plumbing again!
