I absolutely love my hair transformation after working with Allison! In my initial consult, we discussed the overall look I was going for and although my hair is naturally a lighter blonde, she was able to do exactly what Id hoped: add dimension. We also took a good amount of length off. With this change, she provided education on how best to keep my hair from becoming frizzy or difficult to manage. The salon was a really cute spot too! Highly recommend Allison!

I’ve only had a handful of people bleach my hair in my entire life, and Allison Doss is now one of them. That alone should tell you how much trust this took. I’ve always been really particular about my platinum color, and I’m not the easiest client when it comes to blonde. I’m the “I see yellow” type, so finding someone new after moving to Florida was honestly nerve-wracking. I’d followed Allison on Instagram for years and always loved her work, so when I finally needed someone more local, she was the first person I thought of. During our initial consult, I could tell we were entirely on the same page about what I wanted. The result was exactly what I hoped for, a bright, even bleach and tone with no banding. My hair didn’t feel any more damaged afterward, which is impressive considering how tough bleach can be on hair that’s already lightened. She achieved a result that genuinely satisfied me. Beyond her skill, Allison has such a great personality. She’s fun, easy to talk to, and has a good energy about her. Even though the salon is a long drive for me, it’s absolutely worth it. If you’re a blonde or just super particular about your color, I can’t recommend Allison enough. She gets it.

Allison is the absolute best. She has completely transformed my hair. My hair is now healthy, shiny, growing, cut perfectly, and colored beautifully. My hair has never looked so good and I constantly get compliments on my color. I cannot say enough good things. She takes the time to make sure every detail is perfect. Beyond happy and I highly recommend Allison.

Can’t say enough good things about the Rove Salon. My 9 year old son has long straight hair and has been trying to grow it out. Last time we took him to a barber and they chopped it all off. This time I was looking for someone experienced with long hair and styling and we found Dana, she specializes in men’s hair and styling. Haircut turned out great!

From the moment I stepped in Rove I just knew I was going to leave feeling beautiful. The salon is beautiful and everyone was so friendly. Jodi picked the perfect gloss for my hair and Maddie dried it perfectly. At this point, I thought it was just stunning, but Jodi still hadn’t even cut it. She then cut my hair dry and it came out beyond AMAZING!! Jodi even then spent time with me telling me all the products I should use to keep my hair looking healthy and shiny! I can’t wait to go back!

I usually don’t trust anyone with my hair, but after my appointment with Allison at Rové Salon, that completely changed. From the start, she asked what I was looking for, truly listened, and delivered exactly what I wanted—and even more! Her precision and confidence while cutting my hair showed me right away that she really knows what she’s doing. The salon itself is beautifully decorated and has such a welcoming vibe. Every staff member I interacted with was kind and friendly, which made the experience even better. I’m already looking forward to going back to see Allison again, especially to have my hair colored in the near future.
