Worked with Dan to get a new roof installed on the house in Pittsboro, NC. He uses a no contact method to inspect to roof, which keeps him from having to get on the roof and eliminates the possibility of damage being created from the inspection.

At first the insurance would only approve partial repair, but he worked with the insurance adjuster and got them to approve a full replacement. Once the work started, the crew showed up on time and worked efficiently, ensuring to cause as little disruption as possible, since we work from home. They even made time to clear the driveway when we needed to leave the house.

Work was fast and professional. I believe the roof actually looks better than when the house was built. We also had an issue with our gutters overflowing under heavy rain. We hired them to replace the gutter guards and still had the same issue. Dan came back with one of his crew and constructed a solution that completely solved out problem.

If you hire no one else, Roofs By Design should be your go to company. Extremely highly recommended.
