I gave Roofing Pros USA a five star rating, because they were very efficient, and professional.Calling my sales, representative Victor Gomez , answered any and all questions that I had efficiently, and professionally as well . My roof looks amazing . Clean up of my yard was done the same day of installation of the new roof . I would recommend them to anybody !

I worked with Stephanie from Roofing Pros and the process was extremely smooth and professional from beginning to end. There were initial delays related to insurance company, but Stefanie reached out frequently to provide updates and make sure there was nothing pending on her end.

Once all was resolved within insurance, I received communication of supplies being dropped off and the same day received a phone call of when the roof would be started. The workers were fast efficient and courteous to my property.

The roof looks beautiful and we are extremely happy. The city inspector that came out afterwards stated that he looks at a lot of roofs, and we should be very happy with the job we had done.

Fantastic job by Roofing Pros USA on our new roof. Highly professional from start to finish, especially Benjamin Austin, who organized everything and kept us informed of the progress at all times. Kudos also to production supervisor Tyler, to Taylor in the office, and of course to the installation crew who tore off the old roof and installed the new one in one day. Everyone was proficient and courteous, and we are extremely happy with the end result. I would highly recommend Roofing Pros USA.

They were prompt and courteous . The working area was maintained clean . They will pick up the garbage and put it in the garbage bin. The job was done in two days which is the norm. It needed time to do it right. I will tell you i love the job that was done. And the project manager, Mr. ******, was very knowledgeable and courteous. Explain everything. I would recommend this company.

Roofing Pros did a great job with my roof! Gabe Raburne was wonderful!
He managed the entire process from start to finish. He made sure I understood the big picture as well as each next step along the way. Randy, the foreman assigned to oversee the job was also great. He kept me updated on the progress of the work until completion. The company overall was very responsive as well. Recently had our storm damaged roof inspected, and replaced by Roofing Pros USA, and was initially apprehensive from hearing many horror stories about unscrupulous roofers, well our apprehension was greatly misplaced. Roofing Pros gave us an amazingly wonderful story, with professional outcome! Derek Machula the Project Manager walked us through the inspection, and insurance requirements. A few days later the upscale roofing materials arrived, and shortly thereafter Jody Simmons the Production Supervisor arrived with an extremely professional crew to begin the work. I have some experience with the building trades from the military, and the high quality of work performed, and upscale materials used was exemplary! My wife and I are 100% satisfied with all phases of this roof replacement! We both would highly recommend Roofing Pros USA to anyone contemplating roof repair or replacement!

I met Mr. Mateus Arruba, Claims Specialist, Claims Specialist for Roofing Pros USA/Noah a few weeks ago whenever he stopped by my house to inspect my 27-yr old roof that had damage from a previous storm a few weeks ago. He instructed me on how to file a claim with my insurance agent. Within a few weeks, I received a check for the installation of a new roof. I called Mr. Arruba and selected the color of the shingles that I wanted. Within a few days, the supplies were delivered and the Roofing Pros installed my new beautiful roof. Mr. Arruba was very professional, knowledgeable, and available to answer my questions and concerns regarding the claim to my insurance company and the installation of the new roof, It is without hesitation that I highly recommend Roofing Pros to all my friends and family, and a very special thank you and appreciation to Mr. Arruba for his guidance.

Roofing Pro is alright with the Fernandes family.
They are very professional and the crew was amazing. They simply do quality work. We smile When we see the workmanship of our new roof.
They replaced the roof in two days. Such hard workers in extremely HOT weather!
Upon completing the roof the crew thoroughly clean up. It was as if they were never there. Yet we know they were cause our new roof is lovely!
