Very fast in responding to request, but rushed me into a schedule time that was not convenient for me. I had a dentist appointment at11:00 AM and they promised to be at my home by 7:30. They showed up at 9:45 AM. Beside getting up at 6:30 AM and having them arrive late, I was unable to check the pump in my lift station before I left for my appointment. So, it cost an additional $199 to have my lift station pumped out. If I didn't have and appointment, I would have by-passed the faulty float switch for the pump and pumped the lift station out myself and saved the $199 that they charged me. On the good side, the crew knew what to do and when I returned from my appointment the tanks were pumped out. I replaced the float switch myself and everthing is working great.

Tidy Tank is the best! They've been servicing our septic system since well before we moved in and always pleased with the service. Even today I left a message to schedule service and opted for 'next available' if an appointment opens up and I got our tank pumped same day! Techs are thorough and respect our property and the weird set up it takes to get the tubes to our tank. Would recommend.

Great customer service. Got a call few days before pump out service was scheduled to confirm the appointment and got a call 30 minutes before crew arrived. Crew was very proffessional, they had a map with location of my tank lid so they dugg exactly where it was. They left the yard and the driveway clean after digging and pumping. Definately recommend this company.
