After a very stressful week of trying to troubleshoot a flooding issue as first-time/new homeowners, Tidy Tank truly came in and provided not only quick and efficient service, but also peace of mind. They got back to us first thing, fit us into their schedule, and multiple services were able to be completed all in the same morning/afternoon. They cleaned the septic tank, gave a report. And then a second team showed up to check our pipes with a camera and took the time to hear what issues we were having and worked diligently to try to find the issue for us, even though they would not be able to provide the service for it (indoor vs outdoor). This mattered so much to us. We are so grateful for their teams and are looking forward to working with them for years to come.

My Wife had shared with me that the guys were really helpfull answering the list of questions she had, and that was after they had to wait for her a bit cuz she was on a important business meeting call and could not get off the phone to pay for the services right away. Great experience from start to finish. Excellent communication and customer service, the person notified me they were here and service was completed efficiently. They actually had me flush the toilets to check water flow, which is something our previous septic company never had us do. Will definitely be using Tidy Tank for future pumps!
