We just moved to our new home at the end of February and contacted the previous owner on who she had used for septic draining and Ron's Tidy Tank was the company. The guys were ahead of schedule and got here early, were very knowledgeable, and explained the septic basics I have not had to deal with before. They got the job done pretty quick and were professional about it all. I definitely recommend Ron's Tidy Tank to others.

The team is awesome! We had backflow into the house, we initially thought it was a overflowing of the spectic tanks so we initially called for pump service, but we later found out that the mainline was the issue. They had the service team come out and look at it and provided the necessary services so that it became unclogged! Throughout this process, the team at Tidy Tank were awesome and so accomodating! Highly recommend getting service from them if anyone has issues with their spectic tanks or pipes to the tank/lift station!

Technician emptued 2 1000 gal tanks and replaced broken cap and made sure system was working properly. It was very cold and the day before a huge blizzard. I cant thank you guys enough for your help. Robert

Tidy Tank Septic Service sent a truck the same day, they had to chop through 10" of ice to get to the septic tank and cleaned it out. Pump replacement service will be here tomorrow and it will all be fixed. I highly recommend Tidy Tank Septic Service!

I use Tidy Tank to maintain my septic system. Their technicians come in every 6 month to check things out and make sure all components are working properly. I have a state of the art low pressure distribution with aeration system. They are very knowledgeable. They keep my system working like new even though it's 30 years old now. Recently they pumped all my tanks out. The two service technicians went out of their way to make sure the area around my tanks was kept clean. They placed my tank covers back properly.

Appointment and quote was simple and complete. Service guys were polite and thorough. They explained what they did and what they found. They're also the first of 3 companies I've used that checked my lift station for sludge after the aerator, which I really appreciated. My only issue was I left work early for what was supposed to be a late morning appointment, though it wasn't guaranteed. It turned into an afternoon service and I could have worked a whole day. I did receive several of what was probably a standard text, stating the appointment, but no information that the service was running late until they called and said they were on their way. If I had something important going on, I probably wouldn't be leaving 5 stars. However I'm satisfied with the service and will use again.
