TEC was prompt and professional. Isolated trouble on washer,
ordered part and repaired within a couple of days. Will definitely
use Rocker Service again.

Bob came out same day to fix a leak in my Refrigerator and when there was still a little bit of water leaking he came right back and unclogged the drain and even taped the line to keep it from knocking. I have used Rocket in the past and have always received top notch service. Thanks guys!

I made an appointment to have Rocket Service to how to service my ******* refrigerator. *** called me to advise me that he was Running ahead of schedule and wanted to know if that would be all right. He called me as soon as he left that resident told me that he was heading my way. I have nothing but good things to say about this company and its repairman. They were prompt in coming out and diagnosing the problem with our dryer. Likewise, they fixed it promptly and even though the repairman had to come and disassemble the machine, a second time because one part was incorrect we were not charged any additional amount. The Service man was Polite, efficient and arrived when he said he would. I would have no problem recommending this company to any friend.

We are very pleased with the service that *** gave us. Our ice maker was really malfunctioning. It was running water down the back of the freezer instead of filling the tray. It had formed a large block of ice preventing the ice maker from working properly. *** was very diligent in finding and resolving the problem. We are happy to have ice again. Thank you, ***!!

I highly recommend this company! I had an emergency with my dryer and they had someone out to me within 30 minutes and he repaired it in about 15 minutes. The prices were fair and the technician was so kind and thorough with getting the job complete. Will use them again if there’s anymore issues.
