We had an excellent experience with Rock-It in replacing countertops in several bathrooms. Steven was extremely meticulous and patient with us in presenting options. Zero pressure or "salesy" pitches. Everything was completed from inquiry to the end of installation within 1 month.

Extremely satisfied with our new countertops. We changed all our bathroom countertops to quartz from old tile with a total of 5 counters.
We stopped by their office on a weekend as they were about to close but the guys working there were so nice and kind enough to sit down with us and give us an estimate on the spot based on our measurements. The price given was very reasonable with different options and we found something perfectly within our budget and to our liking.

The guys who did the demo were extremely clean and fast, in a matter of a few hours everything was done and the debris taken away. I really appreciated how neat they were too, they vacuumed and left the space perfectly clean. We had new carpet installed upstairs where 2 of the bathrooms are and I was worried about the mess and dust and debris getting in the carpet but there was nothing to worry about. I can’t emphasize enough how neat they were working and how clean they left the place behind them.
A few days later the counters were ready! Delivered and installed in a matter of a few hours.
They did such a good job installing the countertops too, I’m sold for life!

When we embarked on a kitchen remodel earlier this year the cabinet supplier we settled on recommended Rock-it Surfaces for a countertop. This was a first time kitchen renovation for us so we had a lot of questions (some of which were asked multiple times, I’m sure) and both Steven and Richard patiently and expertly answered them all. They both had good insights into picking a product that functionally and aesthetically worked for us and we could not be happier. They were able to shift the installation schedule to accommodate our vacation plans and the installers were punctual and professional. During the installation the crew noted they had brought the wrong sink grid. A quick phone call and the proper grid was delivered within the hour.

We love the final result! From start to finish Rock-It was professional and delivered an awesome product. Highly recommend.
