GoogleRick-N-Ball has been a great company to work with as we are dealing with our water leak and damage. Tim was GOLDEN as far as answering any of our questions and keeping us informed on what the process was and everything he needed to do. We aren't completely done yet, but this has been one of the most painless processes so far. They were able to fit us in quickly and had great customer service.

Restoration Servicemen Tim gets Five Gold Stars for a Gold Standard level work! He communicated daily via text and emails, sent updates to both me and my Insurance Agent quickly. His attention to detail and his detailed reports and explanation of each process step of restoration were First Class Professional.

GoogleI first heard of Rick-N-Ball when they sponsored the Tootsie Roll 5K Race, which benefits special education for Madison City Schools, something near and dear to me. I figured a company that sponsors this event was worth giving a try. My hunch was correct. From day 1, they were responsive, courteous, efficient and skilled at what they do. I used them for both water mitigation and remodeling. Kyndsey Kingery and Steven quickly removed the water damage and mold in the bathroom, explained the process and monitored the situation to ensure that everything was dried out. They did a great job! Blake Mitchell provided an extremely detailed and transparent estimate for remodeling. He was very knowledgeable and responsive to my incessant questions. The pricing was quite fair and reasonable. Austin and Travis, both plumbers, were great in installing a new bathtub. Jeremy Marshall and his crew did a stellar job in installing new flooring and tile. Jeremy's knowledge and craftmanship is top notch. Fausto and Julian were highly skilled painters, drywall specialists, and trimmers. They transformed the playroom and we have gotten multiple compliments. I was especially thankful for Mike Haught, project manager and his assistant, Jon Madeiros. They communicated thoroughly and worked around our schedule, even on the weekend or late into the evening. They ensured that we were satisfied with the progress and kept on top of everything. I appreciated that they cleared our home of all debris so there wouldn't be a big dumpster in our driveway or heap of trash on the curb. They were great and I can't recommend this company enough!

The need for water mitigation is never considered a joyful experience, but with the experience and knowledge that the Rick-N-Ball's mitigation team has on staff, made it easier to digest and move forward, with the least amount of intrusion to complete a job well done! Thanks to Tim, Micah, and Kyle and their hard work, made my home's kitchen dry in under one week and ready to move into the estimation step for rebuild/reconstruction sooner than we thought!
GoogleI had a wonderful experience working with Rick-N-Ball after my washer malfunctioned causing water damage. Tim our Mitigation Project manager had a golden personality. He was very kind and helpful. He patiently listened to me and answered any and every question I had....which was a lot since this was my first experience with home damage. He paid close attention to detail and came to our house multiple times to check on the progress and to ensure we were as comfortable as possible with the process. He spoke with my insurance adjuster before I was able to so she had a clear understanding of what I was dealing with. Tim in my opinion is a "golden" employee within a "golden" company. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

He was on time every day, and made daily visits out to our property to check on the equipment, and also thoroughly checked the moisture levels in the kitchen. He was also very transparent and communicative about the whole process.

They were very knowledgeable about what they were doing and explained everything on how to use it. They cleaned up after themselves and you couldn’t tell they had been there. I am absolutely satisfied with Rick and Ball's mitigation team. They cleaned thoroughly each day before leaving. They were friendly and caring. They would get an A+ from me for quickly and completely finishing their mitigation project in my home. I highly recommend the Rick and Ball team to anyone in the Huntsville area who needs water mitigation at their homes. After the water damage was mitigated, the Rick N Ball Restoration teams went to work on my house. The flooring guys were amazing! They had my new floor installed in a day. A team of movers moved my furniture out to my garage, and then back into place when the restoration was complete. The painters have my home looking like new. I couldn't be more pleased with the professional and timely service that was provided by the entire Rick N Ball team. Mike and Jon kept me well-informed about each step of the process. They got here fast and helped to prevent any further damage to our home, and Tim specifically was here daily to check on the progress. GoogleI used Rick-N-Ball Restoration + Construction, Inc. this year when a frozen pipe burst and flooded the interior of my commercial property. They arrived less than 2 hours after my call even though it was late in the evening. This immediate response kept the damage to a minimum and also prevented water from entering other areas of the building. Ryan Burt was the in charge contact at the site and kept me informed throughout the process. He worked with me to ensure that the work was completed as soon as possible, was done properly and did not interfere with the day to day operation of the business. He answered all of my questions and I was pleased with the end results.
