Mike helped us every step of the way. He was here quickly after being called when our bathroom flooded. He was kind and very knowledgeable. He walked us through and explained each step of the process which made our tragedy not seem so overwhelming.

RI Restoration helped us get our finished basement dry before hardly any damage could set in.
After a wild rain storm where half of the state was flooded, RI Restoration returned my call and had workers out to our house within hours to start pumping out our basement in the middle of the night.
Although we had to wait for the ground water level to subside before any drying could take place, they pumped out my basement 3+ times which helped keep the water in check.
They left multiple commercial dehumidifiers and air movers for an entire week. We used the air movers to dry under our vinyl flooring thoroughly. Our basement is probably dryer now than it was before.
The price isn't cheap for emergency remediation, but it was less than or equal to everyone else I called, and it was well worth the money to salvage 95% of our finished basement as home owners insurance doesn't cover foundation flooding.
I went with RI Restoration as they were the fastest ones to get trucks out to my house, but I am happy I ended up with them.

I had a fire at my house in May and quickly google searched what I can do in this type of situation and came across RI restoration. I was 38 weeks pregnant when the fire occurred literally a week before giving birth ri restoration came the next day to check out the damage and by the week had everything cleaned and my house smelling like normal again. They then worked with my insurance company and were able to get my house repainted, new cabinets and counter that was damaged due to the fire. No one wants to go through something like this especially so close to bringing a little one home but RI Restoration was there to help and take care of all the paperwork necessary to take care of what the fire damaged. I’m thankful for such a great company and will recommend!
