Restano did a full replacement and upgrade of our aging HVAC, heater and A/C. Restano also replaced our Hot water tank. The job also included re-routing of multiple pipes, vents, and the location of the heater and A/C units. This helped pave the way for our basement renovation. The process start to finish was top notch. Restano executed our vision for the new placement of HVAC, hot water tank, including all hookups for the project. Pricing was competitive, and in some cases better than other quotes we had. Most importantly for us the quality of work and job done how we wanted was great. We highly recommend Restano. Just as others recommended them to us. Thank you to the Restano crew!

The Restano Team arrived on time and, with the weather conditions, laid out drop cloths and closed the door from the main house to inhibit our dogs from getting out there! Two moves that set the environment for the entire install.
The HVAC Ductless Unit was a ceiling installation, so cutting into the ceiling was needed and a crossbeam had to be cut, while it was not load-bearing, he had the foresight to secure both sections to the rafter and keep the internal unit supported. In addition, he factored in that we would still need to install ceiling tile. Makes the next step easy.
This did become a two-day job due to the masonry drilling needed (expected when quoting) and they had mounted the hardware and pre-wiring done prior to departure. They even cleaned up the work area.
The second day sealed our sincere appreciation for Restano and this team. They arrived at 7:15 am though sat outside until 7:30 am to reduce morning ritual interruptions with feeding the dogs (lol). Came in, set up the drop cloths, and were done in no time. Not only did they clean up (spotlessly), they also put the furniture back that I initially moved to accommodate the project. Before they left, we were educated on the use and maintenance of the unit.
I realize this is rather long. I wanted to share my experience and the details because Restano is a detail-oriented company that will keep their clients involved throughout the process. They want to keep you satisfied long after they leave!

My furnace was 31 years old and the fan would not stop. I knew with winter fast approaching I needed to bite the bullet and get a new one. Especially because the coils and other main areas were rusting out. My neighbor recommended Restano and they came within a day of calling and they were very honest and thoughtful of what I needed. The ease of working with the technicians, office staff to get my heating and air conditioning scheduled for installation within 3 days and the actual installers was very professional. I highly recommend Restano for your heating and air conditioning needs.

I can highly recommend 412 Ductless: fast turnaround in the quoting process, competitive pricing, efficient installation. After the installation, I called to voice my concerns about inefficiencies of their ductwork routing, which they agreed to correct and this was taken care of within days. We replaced our 20-yr old Carrier system with a new 4-ton Carrier Infinity system in May. While our old system was higher end in 2004 and had served us well, we just saw this as a good time to replace with a top-of-the-line system before the hot weather hit. Our first experience with Restano went well from first sales visit through to installation. The new system is great: very quiet, variable speeds, excellent controls, and we love the dehumidification cycle. All was going well, then we started to hear a new noise from time to time on our 2nd and 3rd floors. Traced it to the interior fan coil unit, a loud, fast, short drumbeat sequence occurring only occasionally at start of certain system cycles. Of course it wouldn't happen when a service tech was present, but I managed to get two videos and shared them with Service Manager, Mike. While also a puzzle to him, a commitment was made that Restano and Carrier would stay with this until it was fixed. Took a couple tries to narrow it down, but in the end the problem was solved, work that included full replacement of the fan coil unit.

The install team showed up right on time and took a little time to get everything organized and find where things were. I was having a furnace and AC replaced with a furnace, electrostatic air filter, high heat heat pump and an ecobee thermostat in a new location. They got to work and so did I since I was working at home that day. They were great and only needed a few things confirmed on how or where things could go. They were as quiet as possible with the level of work they had to do. The install was on a Friday and even though it took until 6:15pm, it didn't feel rushed. They made sure everything was working.

The only thing I still need is installation details for potential utility, state and federal rebates.

Emergency replacement of a hot water tank. Went out on the morning my wife was heading out on vacation. Went online as it was the weekend and received a call early Monday then scheduled for Tuesday.
Technician was helpful and advised me on what I needed and didn't need - always helpful!
Drained the tank, had an expansion tank on the truck as well! Added an isolation valve and was back on line in two hours. Incredible!
The team from the moment I called, through the work of the technician, and a follow-up the next day, is courteous and engaging!!

I discovered a leaking shutoff valve just a few days before I needed to leave town, and Restano got me in on the day I contacted them! Love the office team (I talked with Cindy). I was glad to see the most excellent John W at my door, who gave me an advanced notice phone call for his earlier-than-expected arrival (always nice when you've been given a wide window). He has been here more than once (for a difficult job last year, done patiently and beautifully, and for an easy job today, done quickly but carefully). He was friendly, remembered me and my house, communicated well, and double checked my service club membership to make sure I got the best price. I was in desperate need of a new condensing unit. Restano was very prompt in sending out the estimator. The installation team, Paul and Garret were great. They installed both the the inside and outside unit in about 6 hrs. They removed the existing broken unit and left the area free of debris. They were very professional and demonstrated great customer service skills, as well as technical skills. The company addressed all my questions. I am very pleased with this company.
