Our house in downtown Safety Harbor is our drama home now and I owe it all to Gary and his team. He turned a house that my wife and three young daughters surely had to move out of in 3 years to a home we don’t ever want to leave.

His vision for what the house could be was remarkable. Not only is it more aesthetically pleasing, but he has managed to make our entire life easier. The house flows so wonderfully, and I’m excited every time I come home, wake up, and simply look around.

He found a way to put everything in our Wish list in this house. Don’t take my word for it. Look at these before and after pictures and you will see what I’m talking about.

The only thing we don’t have a before and after of is our master bathroom. He turned a tiny terrible master bathroom into a luxurious space My wife loves with a walk-in closet.

My husband and I were very pleased with our recent kitchen renovation results thanks to working with Renovations Home Center. Gary, the owner, met with us to explain the steps involved in the entire process and gave us excellent advice as we made initial decisions on how to proceed. Our next steps involved working with Danika and Kiara, designer and office staff, who patiently and professionally guided us through the process of making design choices. As the project began, we were so pleased with each contractor Gary sent out to complete each phase of the project. Each one was so polite, professional, prompt, and all were very diligent about cleaning up the areas at the end of each day. Communication was excellent throughout. We couldn't ask for a better team to work with and are already planning a bathroom renovation with them. We highly recommend you meet with this team if you are planning a renovation of your own.

We used Renovations Home Center to knock out a wall and remodel our kitchen. In addition, they also installed porcelain flooring and new trim throughout the house, and removed all of our old sparkly popcorn ceiling. I can’t say enough how grateful I am to have found them and what a wonderful job they did!

We had several other companies come in to quote the project, and Renovations was the only one that not only took our budget into consideration, but also brought ideas beyond our imagination. Gary truly has a gift to see the possibilities of your space. His vision was completely different than anything we had hoped for! He didn’t hesitate to get up in our attic during our initial meeting to confirm the wall we would be removing was indeed a supporting wall. He explained the process and put our minds at ease. After dealing with contractors that didn’t even want to permit the work, we felt confident that Gary’s team would complete the project ethically and safely.

Shortly after our meeting with Gary, we went in to see the mock-ups with Danika. We worked together to make any changes we wanted and then moved on to all the fun stuff - picking out all the materials! Danika is absolutely fabulous! I could not have done this without her. Making decisions is not my strong suit, and she helped me every step of the way. I am so happy with everything we picked out. She was also meticulous at keeping track of all the expenses and communicating timeframes and all the materials we would need to supply.

The week before the renovations began, we met with Shannon the project manager to go over the project. He gave us estimated timelines and what to expect. Shannon was great to deal with throughout the project. He was in constant communication, letting us know what was happening, who would be there and when. He promptly dealt with any issues or concerns we had. He was always calm and pleasant, and this really helped me through the stress of having my home torn apart!

We were living in the house through the last half of the remodel, so we were there for many of the sub-contractors. They were all polite and showed up as scheduled. A great deal of the work was completed by their employed carpenters John and Doug. These are two really great guys and are artists at their work! They were friendly and courteous, and just nice to be around. Everything they did looks fantastic!

Now, we all know renovating does not come without its hiccups. This is another area where Renovations stands in a league of its own. We did have one major issue that brought everything to a halt. It was very stressful and there was a lot of money involved. In most cases I believe the contractor would have cut and run. But not Gary. He stands behind everything he does. He dealt with this graciously, making sure the issue was resolved to the highest standard, and that we were happy with the end result.

Again, I cannot say enough good things about Renovations Home Center. Every day I look around my house and am ecstatic with how beautiful it is. I highly recommend them for any remodeling project you have. Next up is our master bath!!

We asked the Renovations Home Center team to remodel a small guest bath in our Highland Lakes home. They quickly came up with a design that fit our needs and their quote was competitive with other bidders. They completed the work and we are very happy with the outcome. You should definitely consider therm when planning a kitchen or bath update.

We had our kitchen, 2 bathrooms and entire floor remodeled by Renovations Home Center with amazing results that could not make us happier. The entire process went smooth from the initial meeting with Gary, through the design, to sitting in the showroom (as many times as we needed) with Danika picking out flooring and tile (and every other design question we had). The team started on schedule and Shannon was amazing with his “group texts” to make sure we understood the scheduling as the process moved along as anticipated. Even when we hit a few bumps along the way, Shannon was quick to respond and made every effort to make things right in an expeditious manner. We could not be happier with the end result and the flood of compliments we have received by others is a true testament to their professionalism! Renovations Home Center is nothing short of amazing!
