Larry is the best! I've used him on my last three inspections. He is thorough, knowledgeable and dependable. He works around my clients schedules and is on time. He knows how to talk to the client and presents the home issues calmly and in detail that a first time buyer will understand. I recommend him if you want someone who knows their stuff. He even offers drone inspections if you need that.

I called for a last minute inspection! Found him through google maps, we were really in a bind and was desperate to find someone asap! Was able to contact Larry and honestly, if not for him, we wouldn’t have been able to pull through the right decision for my clients to buy the home or not! He not only provided a thorough report, he even inspected the crawl space and the septic! We got so much value from him plus it was total last minute and we needed the report asap which he provided in great detail! I am beyond grateful! Glad for this review, it’s a great way for me to give back and hope others would feel confident in his services! He is on my speed dial to have him for my future clients and properties!

Larry helped my husband and I on our sewer inspection to our new home. He was very professional and provided a very thorough report of our sewer system. Luckily he was able to inform us of a major blockage and we are able to get to it before moving in. I appreciate the video, pictures, and report provided during escrow and would definitely use Larry if we need to in the future. Most importantly Larry took the time to explain what he found and was available for any questions. Very reliable and I would recommend these services!
