Larry is the best! I've used him on my last three inspections. He is thorough, knowledgeable and dependable. He works around my clients schedules and is on time. He knows how to talk to the client and presents the home issues calmly and in detail that a first time buyer will understand. I recommend him if you want someone who knows their stuff. He even offers drone inspections if you need that.

I called for a last minute inspection! Found him through google maps, we were really in a bind and was desperate to find someone asap! Was able to contact Larry and honestly, if not for him, we wouldn’t have been able to pull through the right decision for my clients to buy the home or not! He not only provided a thorough report, he even inspected the crawl space and the septic! We got so much value from him plus it was total last minute and we needed the report asap which he provided in great detail! I am beyond grateful!
