I sold and bought in both 2021 and 2022. Landon Costley was an amazing agent. He responded right away and was able to meet with me immediately. He helped me with easy ways to get my home looking its best to be ready to sell. He presented me with options and let me speak into what I wanted. I found a home I loved and he was patient and talked me down with sound logic every time I got wound up about something. In 2022 when my job changed and I decided that I'd like to be in a different area I used him again with no hesitation. He informed me of the tax and financial implications of selling and buying again that soon. He again helped me to calm down when things didn't work out seamlessly. I can't say enough good things about interacting with him. Definitely recommend!
