The driver arrived to pick us up just a few minutes late as he thought we were at the hotel next door. He was very polite and courteous. He loaded all of our bags onto the van. He was a good driver and brought us to our two different airline gates for our family’s flights. Van was clean and comfortable.
My dealings with the transportation company was very good. Paulo and (I believe Lydia) were great to work with. Very helpful and considerate of my requests. I would not hesitate to use Rapid Shuttle again for myself and to refer them to my friends.

Outbound transfers, one was perfect picked up on time and transferred to cruise terminal. Other transfer never showed up. Myself and clients called multiple times no live person could only leave message which was never responded to. Finally clients got in touch with company. Sent a car/driver and refunded transfer amount which was good but never should’ve happened. Bad way to start a cruise for my clients.

Return transfers worked great, on time and even able to pickup early as we all disembarked early.

I would use again as I have to see in past with no issues for transfers to/from LAX and SNA. They do need to have someone answering phones at all times though!

Great experience!

Planned through AAA transportation from LAX to LA Port for a cruise. Great choice! Affordable and priced same as a taxi but here you have a clean car and a friendly driver that is expecting you! Joe our driver was professional, text with proactive communication via text. Helped us with bags and doors. Great ride!
