GoogleI had called a few companies to give me some estimates about replacing my roof. I needed a full two layer rip-off plus all new sheathing. They mad it very effortless from Thomas coming and writing the estimate to Gary showing up with his 9 man crew. My full roof was completed in one day! And the outside of my house left cleaner than I had left it. I highly recommend them for any type of roof work.
GoogleI have to say working with Joe and Mike was easy and relieving to know that they had it all taken care of. The commercial roof we did came out great. All problems were addressed and I don’t have to worry anymore about any leaks etc
BBBThey saved the day. Took care of major repairs to my roof and addressed all major conditions. The cost to do that was reasonable considering their competitors were trying to charge me about the same to do much less. I will definitely use this company when it comes time to do a new

GoogleWe had a leak in a very old roof. We called Rapid Restore and spoke to Jacob who spent a considerable amount of time with us answering our questions and explaining every detail of the process of removing and replacing our roof. When the day came, the crew arrived on time and began working. During the process the project manager on site photographed every step and downloaded the photos to our computer so we could see what was happening in real time. There was more work than anticipated so the crew finished by 6pm. The wife and I are extremely happy with our new roof. If you or anyone you know needs a new roof, we highly recommend Rapid Restore Roofing.

GoogleAfter the days of rain the we saw leaks numerous one we never saw before. Called Rapid Restore Roofing on the September 25,2023 and Tom Hoeffner came the next day. He climbed all over the roof and in the area that was small we use for xmas things. He examined everything -we saw samples and we were ready to go. They came Oct 2. Here on time and finished everything in one day- they were very careful with the bushes and draped the house. Cleaned up everything. The crew was great. They even straighten my chimney cap and help add a piece to my gutter down spout. They were great and if you need a roof fixed give them a call.

The installation was scheduled within a week of receiving the quote. The installation team was on time at 7 am, completed the job in one day as promised, and left my completely clean as it was when they arrived. I was very pleased with the work that did on my roof. FacebookI had some unexpected leak at our house what we recently bought. Rapid Restore Roofing checked it and they recommended to replace the whole roof. They started the job project in a few days as we agreed on. Crew arrived in the early morning and the whole job was finished by 5pm. They found some more unseen surprise while they removed the old layers of the roof. They knew what needed to be done to sort those new issues out. Got those materials quickly and finished it with great quality. Two minor staff had to be fixed after they left. They came back shortly and fixed them properly. I'm happy about the result.

GoogleVery happy with Mike. Showed up on time for our estimate appointment. Explained in detail how they were going to do repair, warranty and all options available to us. Would definitely use this company again.
GoogleWe had a great experience with Rapid Restore Roofing. The job was done in a timely fashion and Garry, (our project manager) Dave, and the rest of the crew acted in a professional and accommodating manner. They did everything they promised to do and more. We would highly recommend this company to others.
GoogleThis company went above and beyond in every single aspect. From the quote to the final details. Very professional and would recommend them to anybody. We got quotes on a new roof about four years ago and know that part prices have went up but new around where the prices where. They were the first and only company that we talked to this time. The price was right in the ball park where we thought it was going to be. When they left for the quote I said I don’t think we need to talk to anybody else because they just seemed right. It was the best contractors we ever dealt with
GoogleWe had a leak that was all but invisable for two years ruining our vaulted ceiling and front wall. We had several companies come in and try to repair. We also had other companies just wanting to change out the section of roof for a third to half more money. AND, when we did not get back to those other companies right away, for example we waited two weeks to see other offers, we called and said okay let's do it and never heard from them again. Serendipity was on our side when Rapid Restore Rooking came up as number one is a Google search of best leak repair companies near me. Joseph came over, took a look, said he would send someone over and did, we settled on a good price and the work was done. Professional, friendly, interested. WONDERFUL JOB!
GoogleVery happy. the crew was polite and knowledgeable. Work was A+. Very clean.
GoogleRapid Restore Roofing and their rep, Michael, offer top-notch service. Michael's professionalism shines, making roofing jobs seamless. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and superior workmanship is evident. In short, they're a trusted, reliable team for all roofing needs.
Facebookthey did a great job did extra work with my gutters clean up every thing
GoogleRapid Restore is all they claim to be! From the president who personally came to the house for the estimate, to the project manager, and the team of professionals who did the work and cleanup. Very impressive as far as the whole process went. Honest, friendly, courteous, neat and thorough. I will definitely use them again when needed and refer them to neighbors and friends. All debris was picked up meticulously with magnets for nails, etc. and at the neighbors homes as well. All in one day!!!! Great job! Thanks again!
GoogleWorkers all of them worked well with a planned well ahead of doing the job. I watch them while the worker did a remarkable job and got the job done on time and clean up was spot on.
GoogleI need a skylight repaired. They did a perfectly thorough job. The video feed to watch the work was awesome. Ironically it rained right after they finished and NO LEAK!!! Fantastic! I highly recommend this company!
GoogleOur roof was 24 years old. We had a leak and decided after inspection by Joe that the time had come to remove and replace the existing roof and two skylights. Joe came on time for the inspection, took pictures on the roof and explained in detail why a repair instead of a replacement was not the best option. In between signing and installation there was timely and polite follow-up with Cassie from his office. Gary was the job foreman and he was at all times a pleasure to work with. He answered questions, he and the crew arrived at 7 AM and finished by 4:30 with the entire project. No request was too much. The roof looks great, the skylights are nice and the job site was left immaculately clean. Our plants all survived the removal of the roof shingles. I cannot recommend them more highly as they did what they said they would do and if anything was needed as the job progressed it was clearly explained.
GoogleOutstanding service from initial meeting with Mike D. forestimate to explaining in detail what the issue was and how they can resolve it. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Mike took his time and explained the steps to follow. The office called and an appointment was made and they job was done. The crew leader Mike was great. Clean up was perfect. I will be doing business again with this company. I have already referred them to a friend. This company has a great appreciation of Veterans. Thank you !!! Highly recommend!!!
GoogleAfter having a raccoon & her babies successfully removed from my attic, the wildlife trappers informed me of 2 sizeable holes in the area behind the gutters along the roofline on the front of my home. I called roofers & made appointments from both Google searches & the HomeTown section of the Pennysaver—Mike from Rapid Response was the only person to come out for an estimate!!! He explained what needed to be done, talked me through all the steps, & l ultimately felt that his estimate was very fair. A very friendly 2 man crew came to do the work on Thursday June 1st & had the work completed in short order. I was impressed by their speed, workmanship, & professionalism. All in all a great company & highly recommended!!!
GoogleWhat a wonderful experience. Fast, reliable, and professional. Spoke to Mike who guided me thru the whole process. Gave me an estimate and followed thru with the work. Signed everything electronically and crew came and finished in a matter of hours. Great company to work with! Highly recommended!
GoogleI recently installed new roof and gutter at Rapid Restore Roofing and was thoroughly impressed with installation and impeccable service. It is well organized company. Whatever they say they have proved with paper and they sent Email and phone call every step. I have never seen this kind of company, which is well organized and well prepared and well responded, in construction companies. Above all, they did excellent work as well. Thank you, Jo, Cassie and Garry. If you ask me to be able to recommend this company, I will absolutely say “yes”.
