I just replaced my whole roof with Rapid Restore Roofing. It was an excellent experience from the initial estimate to that completion of the installation. I received a very timely, competitive quote within hours. The installation was scheduled within a week of receiving the quote. The installation team was on time at 7 am, completed the job in one day as promised, and left my completely clean as it was when they arrived. I was very pleased with the work that did on my roof. It looks great. I would highly recommend Rapid Roofing Restore for your roofing needs.

I had some unexpected leak at our house what we recently bought. Rapid Restore Roofing checked it and they recommended to replace the whole roof. They started the job project in a few days as we agreed on. Crew arrived in the early morning and the whole job was finished by 5pm. They found some more unseen surprise while they removed the old layers of the roof. They knew what needed to be done to sort those new issues out. Got those materials quickly and finished it with great quality. Two minor staff had to be fixed after they left. They came back shortly and fixed them properly. I'm happy about the result.

From start to finish this company rocked!!
Jacob came to do the estimate he wasnt pushy . He addressed all my concerns and showed me the detail scope of the work . From that estimate i was comfortable that this company was the one out of the 3 that came. The company came ontime finished in a day .Great quality
They even left the place cleamer than it was , exceptional crew ,felt like family . I highly reccomend them .We are glad we choosed them .

From start to finish this company was 5 stars. From the minute Jacob came for the estimate . He was professional, thorough, ,he was not your typical pushy salesman which i liked , kinda felt like i knew him for a long time. This company went above and beyond in every single aspect. From the quote to the final details. Very professional and would recommend them to anybody. We got quotes on a new roof about four years ago and know that part prices have went up but new around where the prices where. They were the first and only company that we talked to this time. The price was right in the ball park where we thought it was going to be. When they left for the quote I said I don’t think we need to talk to anybody else because they just seemed right. It was the best contractors we ever dealt with

We had a leak that was all but invisable for two years ruining our vaulted ceiling and front wall. We had several companies come in and try to repair. We also had other companies just wanting to change out the section of roof for a third to half more money. AND, when we did not get back to those other companies right away, for example we waited two weeks to see other offers, we called and said okay let's do it and never heard from them again. Serendipity was on our side when Rapid Restore Rooking came up as number one is a Google search of best leak repair companies near me. Joseph came over, took a look, said he would send someone over and did, we settled on a good price and the work was done. Professional, friendly, interested. WONDERFUL JOB!

Rapid Restore is all they claim to be! From the president who personally came to the house for the estimate, to the project manager, and the team of professionals who did the work and cleanup. Very impressive as far as the whole process went. Honest, friendly, courteous, neat and thorough. I will definitely use them again when needed and refer them to neighbors and friends. All debris was picked up meticulously with magnets for nails, etc. and at the neighbors homes as well. All in one day!!!! Great job! Thanks again!

I need a skylight repaired. They did a perfectly thorough job. The video feed to watch the work was awesome. Ironically it rained right after they finished and NO LEAK!!! Fantastic! I highly recommend this company!

Our roof was 24 years old. We had a leak and decided after inspection by Joe that the time had come to remove and replace the existing roof and two skylights. Joe came on time for the inspection, took pictures on the roof and explained in detail why a repair instead of a replacement was not the best option.
In between signing and installation there was timely and polite follow-up with Cassie from his office.
Gary was the job foreman and he was at all times a pleasure to work with. He answered questions, he and the crew arrived at 7 AM and finished by 4:30 with the entire project. No request was too much. The roof looks great, the skylights are nice and the job site was left immaculately clean. Our plants all survived the removal of the roof shingles.
I cannot recommend them more highly as they did what they said they would do and if anything was needed as the job progressed it was clearly explained.

Outstanding service from initial meeting with Mike D. forestimate to explaining in detail what the issue was and how they can resolve it. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Mike took his time and explained the steps to follow. The office called and an appointment was made and they job was done. The crew leader Mike was great. Clean up was perfect. After having a raccoon & her babies successfully removed from my attic, the wildlife trappers informed me of 2 sizeable holes in the area behind the gutters along the roofline on the front of my home. I called roofers & made appointments from both Google searches & the HomeTown section of the Pennysaver—Mike from Rapid Response was the only person to come out for an estimate!!! He explained what needed to be done, talked me through all the steps, & l ultimately felt that his estimate was very fair. A very friendly 2 man crew came to do the work on Thursday June 1st & had the work completed in short order. I was impressed by their speed, workmanship, & professionalism. All in all a great company & highly recommended!!!

Rapid Restore Roofing recently replaced my roof. They removed the old roof and installed a professional quality roof system that looks and works great. They used high quality materials and well trained tradesmen that were polite and cleaned up afterwards. These are things that one might expect, but should never take for granted in the construction trades.

Furthermore, Rapid Restore Roofing was very effective when advocating for me with my insurance company. Initially, my insurance company wanted to only repair the wind damaged area. I felt that this solution wouldn't be feasible, but I needed a professional to advocate for my position. They were willing and very competent in this role, ultimately getting the insurance company to agree that an entire roof replacement was necessary. A minority of roofing companies are even willing to accept insurance. Finding one that is willing to devote time and effort to obtain insurance company approval is truly an anomaly. This company earned my trust and confidence. I can absolutely recommend Rapid Restore Roofing.

This was one of the most seamless & non-stressful home improvement jobs we have ever been involved with. From the moment we contacted them to the day after they completed the project the communicated with us every step of the way with texts, emails & photos. Joe (one of the owners) who came to do the inspection exactly when scheduled, takes multiple pictures of everything on the roof & goes over in detail each one of them. He then gives you a price ( not an estimate) of the cost. There are no hidden fees & EVERYTHING that he said they would do was done. The crew is prompt, courteous & super efficient. They started the job early in the morning & by 4:00pm & the entire roof was ripped off & replaced. There wasn’t a speck of debris left anywhere on our property. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND RAPID RESTORE TO ANYONE NEEDING ROOF REPAIR.

I needed a new roof and met with a few contractors but wasn’t ready to sign on. I continued to research and came across Rapid Restore Roofing and Restoration, The reviews all sounded promising so I gave them a call. I was provided an appointment that same day. I met with Joe and during the estimate he explained the products the company uses, what the project entailed, and the warranty. The estimate was fair and competitive. I liked that this is a family-run busines, customer service is a priority and there were zero pressure tactics during the meeting so I hired them on the spot.

The day of the new roof, they came at 7 a.m. and worked non-stop until the roof was completed at 5 p.m. From start to finish, they were professional and courteous. I really feel they really care about their customers. Once the roof was complete, they went over everything they did and the cleanup around the yard was perfect. My new roof and the new skylights they installed looks fantastic. I would highly recommend Rapid Restore Roofing and Restoration.

Rapid Restore is a company that is true to its name. When I had first called them due to concerns about a leak in my ceiling and the overall quality of my roof, I left a voicemail and was called back within 5 minutes. A representative was then scheduled to provide an estimate the next day. I had put off the project for a few months but once I was ready to proceed, the complete roof replacement was scheduled within less than a week. Everyone that I spoke to within the company was pleasant and informative. I was put at ease knowing what to expect and felt stress-free especially for such a large home improvement. The roof replacement was completed in one day which was impressive. The crew cleaned up and were respectful of my space and property. The photo timeline was such a cool feature that included pictures of the roof throughout the entire process so I got to see the project from start to finish when not even there. Replacing a roof is no small task but Rapid Restore made me feel comfortable about the work being done. I highly recommend them and view them as a reliable and trustworthy company.

Very pleasant experience right from the initial meeting with the salesman, Jacob to the completion of the job.
Great job removing existing roof shingles, all the plywood & existing spray foam insulation. Installed new insulation, all new plywood and roof shingles. Next day they installed all new gutters.
Owner Mike was on the roof with his workers, supervising and working right along side them.
Great work and clean up was excellent.

I called Rapid Restore for an estimate. They quoted a great price and promised in one day to have roof completed with gutters. First I’d like to thank the staff and management. There professionalism, courtesy and responsibility is superior to any expectations I have had in the past. The staff worked quickly to complete the project. The individuals involved from, Tyler, Jacob, Micha and the lovely female assistant (sorry I didn’t get her name). They showed expertise from project inception, marketing and completion.

The continued follow up to ensure satisfaction was admirable, and highly appreciated. They offer manufacturers warranties for 30 and 50 years. Which makes purchasing a roof all the more important than the price. When all is said and done, you’ll look back on the experience with true understanding of what quality, service and repair is all about.

Was looking to have a few leaks in the roof repaired. Saw their add in the paper and glad to say I gave them a call. Michael Dietrich and his crew were very professional and did an excellent job. I was told if there was any future problems with what they repaired they would come back and fix at no charge. I would definitely recommend Rapid Restore

From the moment I met Mike and spoke to Cassie I knew I was in the right hands. They were so caring and listen to all my concerns and made sure they were addressed. They made the process of repairing my roof a easy and speedy experience. They came on the day they were supposed to and they all worked together like a experienced team. Every question was explained and they did just what they said they would. My roof came out Great no more leaks plus it looks beautiful.

I am going to get right to the point and NOT ramble on. If you're looking for a roofing contractor, do yourself a favor and call/get Rapid Restore. Don’t waste your time like I did with contractors that don’t show and cut corners. You may pay a little more, but in the long run you’ll be glad that you got them. From my initial estimate visit with Jake, thru the job completion with Mike, I couldn’t be more satisfied with the excellent work these guys did. I am very meticulous when it comes to do anything, and I didn’t have anything to complain about.

I recently used Rapid Restore Roofing to replace the roof on my house and my garage. The before and after was amazing! They arrived nice and early and finished the job in one day, just like they promised! They were very professional and friendly and made sure to clean up every little bit of debris. Absolutely loved working with Mike at Rapid Restore Roofing! He arrived the same day I called for an estimate and gave us an unbeatable quote. Work was done all in one day and I've gotten several compliments from neighbors of how quick and easy it was done without causing disturbance to anyone. We got a brand new flat roof over the garage and repairs on other sections of our larger roof. It's a difference of day and night and we haven't had any water leaks. Highly recommend them!!!

From the moment Joe arrived for his initial estimate I knew that I would be in good hands. The man is passionate about Roofing! when he explained the tradition and history of his company, his eyes lit up so I could see that he wasn’t just some sales guy trying to sell me something and make a quick buck… he truly cared… he took the time to explain the process and what would happen on the day of the project… when he showed me the video of one of the recent jobs that they had done in my head I was sold the way they covered the house and the property the attention to detail the timeline that you’re able to see if you’re not home when the job is being done you can’t put a price on that… Joe was also patient while I was going through a difficult process with the death of a family member and I told him I needed some time to make a decision as I had other companies coming in to give quotes just so I can do my due diligence… all I did was confirm my decision in going with Joe and his company rapid restore I knew I made a good choice I couldn’t be happier with the job that they did and I couldn’t be happier with the foreman Henry who was awesome that day and kept me in touch with what was going on with the install… when the project was over he took the time to explain to my wife what work was done and he showed her areas that they cleaned up and to be honest the house looked cleaner than before they started the job!
