Everything about Rapid Roofing was totally professional, from the salesman, Mike, to the project manager, Kevin and of course the entire crew of roofers..Every precaution was taken in protecting our property, when stripping the roof, resheathing and of course reshingling. We would not hesitate to refer them, because they delivered everything they promised. Their customer service was exceptional! We are very happy with our new roof!

Much to our surprise, the crew was here at 6:45 AM ready to work and it is now 6:25 PM and they are just wrapping up and actually have to come back tomorrow to complete the job. The work was more extensive than any of us thought but wonderful wonderful workers wonderful wonderful management and we are extremely happy.

I couldn't have had a better experience! The entire Rapid Roofing organization was extremely professional from first call to final visit. I had a small issue that was concerning to me. ******* listened carefully, explained what needed to be done and sent me a quick and fair, affordable estimate. The team showed up on time, with excellent communication the entire time. More than anything, I appreciated ********* honesty and forthrightness. He inspected the roof, repaired a few small issues and didn't try and talk me into work that "should" be done as other contractors had. In the future, they are my Go-to. We hired Rapid Restore Roofing to replace our roof, primarily based on their many positive online reviews. While there is a small incentive for writing a review, our feedback is based on our experience.

Overall, we’re satisfied with the results. The team worked efficiently, and the new roof looks fine. However, the final hour of work was completed after sunset, which made it difficult to ensure full visibility at the time. A couple of minor issues needed fixing afterward, but these were promptly addressed when the weather allowed.

One important note for anyone hiring a roofer: be aware that the final cost may increase significantly if the plywood under the shingles should be replaced. In our case, this added 17% to the original estimate.

All things considered, Rapid Restore Roofing delivered a quality result, and we appreciate their professionalism and responsiveness.

Interviews with 3 roofers. Rapid Restore gave a solid presentation and worked hard to earn my trust. ****, the on-site manager was responsive to my concerns and its obvious he really listened to me. What an excellent job this company did on my new roof. They were very helpful in planning the job, and the team they sent was friendly, pleasant and most of all very competent. The work was completed in one day and they left the site clean as a whistle. The process of a full time on site project manager provided an easy and efficient interface to the flurry of activity as it progressed. From start to finish this was a very stress free experience! Never before have we had such a problem free result of using a contractor for a major job for our home. I am writing this review to express how happy I am with the job done by Rapid Restore Roofing. From the minute I met the owner Joe to the very end with the actual employees doing the work it was a tremendous experience. Joe and his team are complete professionals! Tom was the first one to come and check out my home. He explained what the did , how the did it and all the warranties that came with it. The price of the job was very competitive compared to the 4 other estimate's I received. The amazing thing is that they show up with 10 workers and a project manager. They cover everything. The job started at 8:00 am and they were completely done by 5:30. My house was very large and it’s totally amazing how fast and professional it was done. My neighbor came to me and said “I’ve never seen anything done so well and fast”. When they left it looked like they never were there. Except of course for my amazing new roof! I have to say I am 60 years old now and I’ve seen allot and I’m really not good at remembering names. I can tell you that I willl never forget, Joe, Tom, Renz, Gary and David . All very focused and professionals at what they do.

My newly retired Mother was in need for a new roof on her aging Selden home. Unsure of what company to use and fear of being overcharged she asked me to vet a potential contractor. Having a construction background unlike most I had an advantage with understanding the process and the material needed to complete the job. I had three estimates and the most upfront and honest of them all was Rapid Roofing. The other two were nice guys but the companies contracts had some overshadowed charges if more plywood was needed to be repaired at 3x the price of the purchase price from 120-180 dollars a piece. This would potentially add thousands of dollars to the agreed price. The estimator was knowledgeable about the process and even found underlying issues with some Roof rafters from is attic inspection. The only one who looked in the attic. He was honest about the extra cost to remedy the issue upfront rather then another that would spring the shocking extra after the fact. I advised Rapid Roof to my Mother as a trustworthy company. From start to finish they made repairs and replaced the roof in a scheduled and professional way. They communicated with her throughout the whole process and even after. In a few years I will be using Rapid Roofer at my own home. Great experience!

Best experience with Rapid Restore. Our initial contact with Michael from Rapid Restore was wonderful. Not only did he explain the products that Rapid Restore uses, but he also explained how each step of the operation would be conducted. We only had a small area that needed to be replaced due to the recent heavy rains which caused a big leak and part of a ceiling collapse in one of the bedrooms. Mike's gave me a price for not only the patch work we needed, but for a new roof should we be so inclined. We're working now to try to save to replace the entire roof, the cost of which we paid for the partial replacement would be deducted from the final roof cost. We had several other estimates from other roofing specialists, all within the same price range, however, Rapid Restore was the most comprehensive and thorough of all. They even sent me videos of the progress as the work wore on.

I would one thousand percent recommend Rapid Restore to anyone looking for a roof specialist.

I was looking for partial roof replacement of my home I just purchased. Rapid Roofing was recommended and I contacted them. Ever since then, Rapid Roofing took care of all my needs, from finding out the best loan to scheduling the work, has been very seamless and easy going. I Give this company 5 Stars for their outstanding Workmanship and a Beautiful Job.
I had Five estimates done. Rapid Roofing sent their rep Jake G. over. He flew a drone over my home for a Full Roof report. Jake spent at least an hour going over How Rapid Roofing does things differently than other Roofing companies starting with a dedicated Project Manager thru the entire project. A Real time photo Gallery from start to finish. When we signed on they didn't ask for any money down! Got notification's to pick colors, and set a date. They arrived on time and Impressed us start to finish. Gary, Our Project Manager was Excellent!! We had carpentry work done on the front of our home to put overhangs on our dormers, Aluminum capping work, Gutters, And the Roof done. Materials came onsite while the roof was being stripped down to the boards. Gary checked Materials. I cant say enough good things from this point. Their Carpenters were Excellent, Their Metal Fabricators were Excellent, Roof and Gutters came out beautiful. If I had any issues with anything Gary had the crew fix it. They didn't take any money until I was completely satisfied with the job's. I would definitely use this company again and will refer them to friends and relatives
