Loosing a family member is bad enough, living outside the area and not knowing what to do really hits hard. However I was given the number for Raffeo-DiCecco Memorial Home services and Steve was the gentleman I spoke with. From the minute we started speaking he walked me through the process step by step. Then when I had to return home (I live out of state), he didn't hesitate to ensure that my moms remains would get to me. He called to check up, provided a tracking number and has even called after the fact. Top notch service!!!!!

I had the best through experience. Steve we an Amazing compassionate person who made sure that I had no worries after my mother passed! He had everything under control and on time. This funeral home took so much burden off of me and my time of need and if I had any questions they always answered the phone no matter what time of day or night! My mother Catherine Struse Felt so comfortable with Steve because of his compliments and always trying to lift spirits when she was still alive.
