GooglePositive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness The job included replacing the entire roof as well as wall and ceiling repairs inside our home. My wife and I worked primarily with James Wiles of Progressive on the projects. James was instrumental in securing a claim from our homeowner's insurance company that covered all costs of the repairs. In addition, James oversaw the project from beginning to end. He was great at answering all our questions and getting the job done in a timely manner. I highly recommend Progressive Remodeling and Roofing.

GoogleJames was the rep that I worked with, he was quick to respond when my neighbor gave him my number. He came in and showed me the areas were getting wet. He had me sign a contract and contacted my insurance company. They put a tarp on my roof. When the inspector came out James met with him and myself and completed the walk through. When it was approved he picked up the check and said he would let me know when they would start. Everything was great to this point. The work on the roof started about a month after it was a approved. The roofers worked long hours and did a great job. The inside work was slow to start. Times set and no one came. I called when they were an hour late and was told they could not come that day. This happen a few times. I had a detailed list of Items to be done from my insurance company. When the person came he was told just to do touch up paint where he thought was needed. He could tell I was not happy so he ask me what I expected. I told him to paint the ceiling completely because I did not want 2 different colors on my ceiling. He did a good job. They were paid for dry wall and new insulation these were not done. It took 6 months to get my final inspection. That was after my phone calls, messages and emails. I still do not have a detailed receipt or a roof guarantee for tiles and workmanship. I gave 4 stars because I do fill I got a good roof. However, customer service is great to get the job approval, it falls off from there. Everyone is very friendly. Follow though with the work after the roof is so frustrating you just want to be done. I would like a copy of my roofs guarantee.
