Love my windows and door. My house is over 100yrs. old. I was able to have replacement wood windows. They are amazing. They look the same as the original wood but of course more efficient and I don't have to mess with storm windows!!! Highly recommend Marvin windows.

Google

If I could rate 10 stars, I would! Thumbs up to Brandon and everyone on his team. After having a big issue with new Pella windows, we got new windows through PBS. Everybody involved from measuring, finalizing, ordering, installation, after care, accounting, very pleasant transaction. There were some issues on the manufacturer side and there too, together we worked through this. Highly recommend PBS, wonderful team! Special thanks to Ora who did the after care, very knowledgeable, pleasant and best communication! Thank you PBS, next job is in cue!!!

Progressive Building Supply recently completed a window project at my home as well as a conversion of sliding doors into a picture window. They did a fantastic job, met all dates that were communicated and came in with an affordable price point compared to other services you would see. I would recommend PBS for any window or door projects in the Cleveland area.

Google

Easy quoting process, reasonable prices, easy scheduling, thorough and clean install. Could not be happier. Thank you.

Google

Amazing products. Amazing service. Great price. Thank you for making one part of the project go smoothly!

Google

Ora was excellent! Went above and beyond to fix a part of my window frame that was more cracked than we thought. Super friendly and professional. Took measurements to have on file so we would have if we needed to replace the frame. He came within the time frame given which is another super plus!

Great customer service!!! Very professional…I could not have asked for a better experience with Progressive Building Supply!!!

Google

if there were 6 stars I would give it. They where on time very, efficient, except for a short break for lunch, they were nonstop for the full 8 hrs for the 3 days they where here. The crew put drop cloths down on the traffic areas and on the furniture. Cleaned up when done like they were never here. Cant say enough. I think I'm going find that the quality of the windows are going to be the same. Thanks to all JIM&CINDY PS I might add the sales rep checked in every day to see if we were pleased with the progress an the end results.

Over the last 37 years, we have had many contractors in our home for various projects. The Progressive window replacement crew was by far the most pleasant, professional, skilled, thoughtful and polite ! Tim, Logan and Justin respected our home and its contents while carrying heavy windows up our steep steps over and over. The quality of their workmanship was also top notch. We will highly recommend Progressive Building Supply to our friends and family.

Google

Highly recommend PBS! My entire experience from start to finish was a 10/10. Cabinets and window were both delivered quickly, the team was professional/kind, and everything looks great. Tom was an expert and provided white glove service. I'll definitely be using Progressive Building Supply for any future projects.

The three young men who installed my Marvin windows did a great job and were such nice young men. So friendly and mannerly. Marvin Windows are absolutely the best.

I had a very large window installed by two terrific installers, Ora and Rick! Ora actually came to my home on three different occasions, and Rick was out twice. The first window they brought out didn’t fit properly, and they returned a second time with one that worked perfectly. They were prompt, polite, and very efficient workers who did an outstanding job. I also spoke with Dave several times—he always returned my calls promptly and kept me in the loop. Working with these three gentleman was an absolute pleasure!!! Thanks so much, Maxine Leikin

Progressive Building Supply is amazing to work with. From the owner, staff, delivery guys, all very professional and easy to work with. We had a minor issue with one out of 13 cabinets and they sent their technician right out and it was fixed immediately. And the cabinets are extremely well built and beautiful. We are still under construction so pictures not yet available. but it will be an awesome transformation. We loved them so much we just ordered more cabinets for the next room we are updating. Thank you guys for all your help with our project(s). Shane H. Chardon, OH

The team was very professional and had the windows installed in less time that they had estimated. There was even a mixup with our order, which they managed to solve immediately without even leaving the worksite. Highly recommended and we will be working with them again.

I got a new front door and storm door installed by Progressive Building Supply a couple years ago. I ended up discovering PBS because I wanted a specific door which so happened to be a brand they carry. After the first salesman and installer stopped by to view the existing conditions, he sent me a quote. When I tried to move forward with the quote, I stopped hearing from him (this was November ‘20). I sent a follow up mid November with no response, then another follow up mid-January, no response. This was after being directed to get approval from my city, which had a fee and was time-sensitive, so I started to get concerned about not being able to get on the install schedule (or hear from anyone for that matter). At this point, I almost wrote them off because of poor service, but so much time passed and I basically paid the city for nothing, but most importantly, I couldn’t let go of that door I took so long to find. I ended up calling around May ‘21 and getting a hold of a different salesperson, Joseph, who changed my experience like night and day. He was able to pull up the quote, make the necessary adjustments, and get me on the install schedule right away. I have a background in project management, so naturally, I ask a lot of questions and try to be as detailed about what I’m looking for as possible and Joseph truly knows his stuff and took the time to address everything with me and explain all the processes so I knew and felt comfortable with what to expect next. Then, as far as the install, Joseph came out the first day, along with the installers Tim and Miguel, to bring the door and start the work. THIS WAS NOT AN EASY INSTALL. I have so much respect for these guys—this building, historically, was basically an experiment, first of it’s kind, corrugated metal construction (think container homes, but before container homes were a thing). They had to remove the entire door surround because there was no framing AND add framing to a structure that basically had nothing to attach framing to, all before actually installing the door. THEN, Tim comes back out weeks later to install my handle set because the vendor had sent the wrong screw packs at first. Wonderful service. It was a beautiful install. The final product is solid af and I still get complements. Just last week, my video doorbell caught a solicitor waiting at the door and even he was like, ‘wow, that’s a nice door’. So if that guy said it, you know it’s true. Makes sense why I waited all this time for this door doesn’t it?! So an experience that started off wrong is one I will never forget for all the right reasons—thanks Joseph & Team!!

Great job on creating a set of door jams for me in record time. Hats off to Joe DeLuca.

Google

My door was fixed in no time! Wonderful company to work with.

Google

I bought an exterior door from them after shopping many places and I found them to be the most knowledgeable and their prices were comparable to the big box stores. They can out to the house to give me a quote and there was no pressure and I had many options to choose from. Their installation guys were great. I would highly recommend them.
