In this era of ‘take the money and run’ Top Fitness has proven to be the opposite. We have shopped at this location for several years and have always had a good experience. The staff is friendly. The delivery is on time and costs extra. The app that comes with the equipment is sub par at best which is not a reflexion of the store itself. BUT this year, we had Alexis. She was beyond! She was knowledgeable about the pieces of equipment we looked at. She wasn't pushy about "buy it now because I can't hold the price or equipment". She understood our money concerns and came up with a unique solution at a price point that worked. She gave us valid suggestions on testing out the equipment.
