They guys are always so friendly and helpful. Store is well stocked with everything you need to build your home gym-even during the pandemic the inventory was impressive! I especially appreciated the fact that even though i’m a 4 foot 10 girl, they took me seriously when I came in to buy equipment for the first time. and they recognize me as a “ regular” now. And even though they know i lift and take me seriously, they still are chivalrous and offer to carry out anything heavy I buy 😊

I was looking for a no-frills treadmill that was configured so that I wouldn't kick the motor box. Clint took time to explain the features of several treadmills. I never felt rushed or pressured. Ty and the other delivery guy were on time, quick, and answered all of my questions. Great experience!

Megan B. was wonderful and helped me with my whole process of setting up my home gym. I came in with a quote from somewhere else and she beat out the competition. Between her expertise and this stores prices; I was sold! Honestly, can’t beat their price per pound on their weights and their sales for everything else. I will definitely be returning to finish off my gym and anything else I will ever need. I will gladly refer my friends to Megan and her team if they ever come in the market for workout equipment.

I received a floor model when i was supposed to receive a new precor. They could have stuck me with the bill and a damaged machine but JT was great and helped me resolve the issue. Brand new replacement coming in less than a week! Happy loyal customer here!

I always pass by Precor when going to TJ Maxx and Philz Coffee. I never went in because I was intimidated by anything gym-related (more of a yoga person and had bad experiences at the gym). A few years ago, I tried a promotion at OTF to see what the hype was about and discovered I liked using the rowing machine. I am not a fan of cardio but the Waterrower machine was therapeutic and felt like being on the water. When the pandemic hit, I needed to find a way to exercise at home where I would actually commit. Doing yoga at home was not enough because my bed or couch was right there so I would somehow find my way there in 5 minutes. After some research, I finally decided to go into Precor to see if they sold rowing machines. Usually, I love this brand for the amazing ellipticals. They also sell other fitness equipment such as weights, kettlebells, etc. I met Mark and he is the NICEST person ever. He was very sweet and knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions since I was unsure what type of rowing machine I wanted especially after all the research. Mark was patient, answered all my questions, and showed me how to move the Waterrower properly. They were able to deliver the machine about a week later and there was no hassle at all. I would highly recommend Mark and the Precor team for your fitness needs! Great expertise and easy to work with.

Contacted D Bell on The Facebook via the World Wide Web. He answered all my questions and sent me to see Brian at the Southlake store. Brian took very very good care of me. First class store and people. My only regret is that I wish I had more money to buy more of their great products. Will definitely be back.

We live in Port Angeles and visited their showroom to check out recumbent bikes. Great quality selection. Decided on the True. They delivered to my house the following week. Love the Bike and the epic service. Delivery was on time and everyone went out of their way to accommodate us. Thanks to everyone!!!!!!! Highly recommended!!!! You get what you pay for.

Visited their store around thanksgiving time to check out a few items. Liked the fact that staff wasn't pushy at all, and yet very helpful when I asked for more info on some equipments and on going deals. I bought Assault 5-50lb dumbbell set and Michael offered me very good deal on them without hesitation. I would definitely recommend to go there to check their store out.

All the reviews that said their customer service is superb are 100% CORRECT. Jennifer was totally patient with my decision process, answered all my questions, and best of all didn't take it personally when I left the store to go review a competitor's bike. If you're in the market for in-home equipment, this is the place to go. If I need to purchase more equipment this is where I'll return.

This store is DA BOMB!!!! I finally made my way to stop in and I am super glad I finally did. I met Kristian and he was simply AMAZEBALLS!!!!
