Really great experience! Stores like this remind me that some things are much better purchased in a store than on a website.

I came in pretty set on one type of rower, but with Jon's expert guidance ended up with one that suits me much better!

Great customer service both on the retail and delivery end. Utah Home Fitness goes beyond home fitness. We purchased a moderate amount of dumbbell sets and racks from them. They not only had the best price but delivered it to our fitness studio. Quality and price can't be beat.

Just bought from my second elliptical from Top Fitness. Great products throughout the store but more importantly, fantastic service. Mark took my various requirements for a machine and led me directly to the perfect fit (after I’d looked elsewhere with no luck.) He went beyond by getting me the best deal and securing a quick delivery. Any fitness junkies know, it’s not a small thing to find this kind of care!

I’ve had an excellent experience, in every respect, with Top Fitness. I’ve made two equipment purchases and had one in-home assembly and suffice it to say, all my expectations have been exceeded!

I’d like to mention Josh, Girard and the in-home assemblers as paricularly knowledgeable and personable in our interactions. I will continue to shop there with confidence as my home gym grows.

I have been wanting to buy a treadmill for over a year but have avoided it because I didn’t want to just deal with a salespeople. Today I went to Top Fitness and bought my treadmill from Zack. It was the best fitness buying experience I have ever had. It was customer focused, engaging and fully transparent. Zack’s knowledge of the equipment, options, and approach to the buying process was amazing! Would highly recommend Zack and Top Fitness for your gym equipment needs!

We waffled on getting an elliptical vs a treadmill and Stefan was beyond patient and informative working with us. We even purchased one and realized it was the wrong fit for us. I stopped in to Top Fitness to just look and I was greeted by Stefan who was really easy to talk to. I cannot say enough good things about Top Fitness Anchorage. I live in rural Alaska and have been working with Vince for equipment for my small private training studio. From our first conversation, Vince has been incredibly helpful, professional and friendly, working with me through multiple orders. Just ordered my new True 650 (commercial) treadmill. This is a replacement for a life fitness t5 model which served as well, but ended up needing a second motor and we decided to scrap it and get a commercial grade treadmill. The problem for us was that We needed something that can fit in the space that wouldn't tolerate anything wider than 34 in. Working with Jelani was a breeze! The people at the store were knowledgeable and very helpful. I was quite familiar with what I wanted, and their price was very competitive and the service was fantastic. The only issue is the commercial models are specially ordered so we have to wait for it to arrive. All that said, I very much recommend this store and team to anyone. We did not have so great experience with the service after the purchase (unreturned phone calls for repairs under warranty and setting up maintenance visits) from the place we ordered our previous treadmill a few doors down street from Top Fitness (aka Precor). Based on the reviews from the people who purchased their equipment from Top Fitness and my personal experience thus far, this will be far better long-term relationship!

From the beginning to end it was great. I bought the machine with Mark in the Walnit Creek store and he was awesome. He answered all my questions, very competitive proces and was very helpful and accommodating as far as answering my questions and getting me set up with having it delivered. I have just purchased a NordicTrac 2450 from Top Fitness in San Rafael and I am so thrilled! I am honestly thrilled with the xperience that I had in shopping for and purchasing just the right piece of equipment for me and my family. Jelani Wiggins is the person that worked with me to identify just the right treadmill for the experience that I was looking, explaining everything that differentiated this equipment from others so that I could have the confidence of purchasing something to replace the elliptical that we had purchased from Top Fitness about 3 years ago. Jelani also worked very closely with me to provide a trade in value for the elliptical machine, which was so appreciated! He also made the arrangements to deliver the new treadmill and remove the elliptical as I had no other way of removing this from our house. Overall, Jelani and Top Fitness were terrific to work with and I will continue to go back to them with all my fitness needs!

I went in to check out the inspire FT2 Smith machine which was nice but Kimonte recommended I also check out the SCS. I’m glad he made that recommendation as I’m completely happy with my purchase and I use it daily. I also purchased a dumbbell set with rack for my home gym. I highly recommend top fitness and Kimonte for all your fitness equipment needs.

We went to the Fitness Store in Chicago's North, were immediately helped (Christopher Lee) and shown their most silent treadmills (our request), which happened to be two models of the True brand, with different specs and prices. We chose the smaller and less expensive one, experiencing no pressure. We were rapidly helped to determine dimensions and other specs. Again with no pressure we were given a total cost. Later, by phone, we accepted the offer and completed the purchase. The treadmill was delivered as scheduled, professionally, by two competent Trans Motion workers. We are fully satisfied and highly recommend this store.

This store has excellent quality equipment at very reasonable prices. More than that, I worked with Kevin. I cannot say enough wonderful things about him!!! He was all about working with my needs and giving me an excellent price on my exercise bench. He was kind, patient and truly genuine about what would work for me. I bought a treadmill, an exercycle and an elliptical machine from this store in the past, and have been very happy with all of my purchases! And now I just came home with a bench and cannot wait to use it!
I highly recommend the Top Fitness Store, and especially working with Kevin.
