Had to share my experience because today it seems rare to have such good service after the point of sale. Almost 2 years after I bought my freemotion cable cross machine, I had a problem with a poor install leading to an interior part failure. Something I would’ve repaired on my own, but there was another issue with the back screws being secured so hard that they had to be drilled out. Store manager Dave immediately responded to my concern, providing feedback to the installers and is helping me with replacement parts. No questions no resistance. Simply wanted to share that well after initial sale, I’m getting proper follow-up to make me whole and keep using that amazing machine. Thanks Dave.

We have been to the store twice and each time gerad expertise in exercise and equipment is actually amazing.
He doesn’t push anything on you , listen to what you want and who will be using the equipment and from there he gives recommendations.
Again he is not pushy and will explain and show you how to use the equipment and while one is better than the other ,
My wife made a purchase and later that night I went online and the manufacturer was selling the same item a tad cheaper, sent him a email asking for a mat due to the difference
and without hesitation, he apologized, he said the company did not update him about the flash sale and actually gave us a refund of the difference.
The store is bigger than it looks and they also have refurbished equipment we were looking at an elliptical he said that they give a full warranty I want to say 5 years but do not quote me know that .
I would actually buy equipment again from him without hesitation

I went to Top Fitness wanting to purchase some equipment to help me get fit. I walked in and found the store clean, inviting and stocked with everything I could possibly need for a home gym.
I was promptly greeted by Stefan who walked me around the store as we talked about my basic fitness goals and looked at everything from bands to functional training machines. Stephan was incredibly helpful as I had many questions and he was able to guide me toward purchases that made the most sense based on my budget, fitness goals and lifestyle. Stefan told me about their financing and showed me how to get money back by getting a medical persciption from my doctor. I never would have guessed that was a thing. I made my purchase. The delivery was quick and the install went seamlessly. The guys who delivered and set everything up were nice and very efficient. What’s more, Stefan followed up with me after delivery to ensure that everything went well.

Had a great experience today shopping for an elliptical. Clint was very knowledgeable about their inventory and quickly picked up on some concerns we had. I felt literally zero pressure (something I was worried about before coming in), Clint was really good about noticing when we wanted space and – without us having to ask – gave us room to walk the floor and talk.
Prices were competitive with online, but I feel much better about investing in such significant equipment with a retailer nearby that I can call for service if something is wrong.
We live nearby and I can say for sure we'll be back any time we need additional exercise equipment. We're already talking about which thing we want to get when we come back next time!

I went to Top Fitness because they carried a lesser known, but high quality treadmill that I wanted to check out. Susan helped me out and did a great job. She knew the products (beyond just regurgitating fact sheets) and was happy to share information, but also gave me plenty of space to check things out for myself which I appreciated. Susan was super helpful in coordinating to setup a sale and pick up via phone and email (I had my toddler with me which makes things complicated). The other employees help me load the tread into my van. Another employee pointed out because of the deck design you need to loosen the belt for lubing.
Additionally she went out of her way to follow up with some helpful information which I appreciated.
I wish I knew about this store sooner when I was freighting some strength equipment up here. They had a decent selection of racks, weights, and specialty bars which I'll be happy to get more of in the future.
Totally recommend someone looking for fitness equipment of all kinds to check out! (also because they have equipment in stock so you wont have to wait and deal with the Alaska shipping debacle).

My experience in dealing with Gerad and the team at Top Fitness - Downers Grove was exceptional. If you are looking for fitness equipment, this store is a must. Be sure to see Reece. My husband and I have been on the hunt for a power rack that has everything we need in it for quite some time to replace our covid Hulk Fit cage.
We came in and were greeted by Reece. He is super friendly, knows what he’s doing and talking about, and not once did we feel rushed to make a buy. He helped answer questions, point us to what we were looking for and gave us recommendations based on what we were looking for.
We ended up buying some fitness equipment the day we were there as their pricing was very reasonable and then went on our way to compare on the racks.

I had a fantastic experience at Top Fitness in Vernon Hills with salesperson Jonathan Hall. He answered all of my question and made some calls to the manufacturer to answer additional questions before I decided on purchasing an Inspire IC-1 Spin Bike and I absolutely love it! It is exactly what I wanted - a great price, very quiet and fits me perfectly. There was an issue with some of the hardware/bike parts when I received my bike in the box from the warehouse - and when I called to tell Jonathan, he called other Top Fitness stores and personally drove out to Downers Grove the next day (a 45 minute drive) in order to personally check out the other bikes in stock and brought one back for me to Vernon Hills fully put together. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was OK and that I was extremely happy with my purchase and the experience. My husband and I can't thank Jonathan enough! The quality of the bike is excellent and had most everything I was looking for and at a very good price point. The exceptions being, since it was a floor model from a different store, it was missing the seat cover (which was taken care of immediately by my sales professional, Shayna, who was awesome through the whole experience)as well as the battery for connecting the Bluetooth to use the Inspire app (which I didn't realize was missing until it wasn't connecting), and then after ordering and installing the battery and still not being able to connect, was told by the Inspire customer service person it is a known issue that it won't connect to Samsung devices, but are currently working on a fix ... 😕
All that being said, I enjoy the bike, have it hooked up to my wife's iPad, and am making it work.

After 20ish years the old treadmill needed to be replaced. Jonathan was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and patient. I initially stopped in not knowing the store but referred to by two other satisfied customers. On the first trip Jonathan gave me some good information and compared different treadmill brands. He sent me home with home work to see the amount of space I have to work with. He also suggested to come back with running gear and give the units a try, which is exactly what I did. On the second trip ran 1 mile on two different machines and ultimately selected one. The staff was very patient and informative, and did not feel the usual high pressure sales approach all too common today. I would highly recommend this store to others.

I walked into the Utah Home Fitness store located in the Foothill Village Shopping Center wanting to look at a recumbent bike. I was greeted by the store Manager Jackie who showed me the XBR55 Spirit bike and then as I sat on the bike Jackie explained all of the bells and whistles associated with the bike and then it was a simple decision for me to go ahead and purchase the bike as the price and warranty seemed reasonable and it was just the right bike I was looking for.
