Great company! Arrived for review and estimate on time. Received competitive bid after two other companies had come out. Arrive and started the day they promised. Cesar and the crew were outstanding! Constantly checked the interior and reshot laser measurements frequently to establish a proper level for our home and check to see if any interior walls had cracked from leveling. I was truly thrilled to be able to open and close all doors in a now-level house. Calling Power Jack in Paris TX was the BEST thing I ever did. They shot foam that leveled our house however, due to a drainage issue the house became unleveled again. They fully backed their warranty and came back to fix the problem. I can't say enough good things about the staff (especially Jack, Jim, Alberto and Mason). Everyone is truly professional and treats you like you are their only customer! I wish all companies were as professional and caring as these folks are. If you have drainage issues or foundation issues I highly recommend calling them. They will not only fix your problem but do HONOR their warranty!

PowerJack was really great about communicating exactly what they would do for our house.

The situation: Gutters were missing from our house when we moved in, and it had lost quite a bit of dirt around the foundation in years past. After the heavy rainfall began, we began seeing some cracks in some of our walls. We had heard good things about PowerJack and their special helix pier system. We received a free quote from PowerJack several years prior but hadn't needed work at that time. But since the rain came, we found the foundation was in pretty good shape otherwise but the back porch area had started sloping about 3/8ths of an inch.
The day of the job: They came with a knowledgeable working crew and all their equipment. The job was done extremely well. The size of those beefy piers they put in really gives us confidence that our back porch is now stable. They were very professional, with good communication between us, and the foreman on the job. Afterward, they cleaned the area and deposited the dirt they dug (that they had placed on a polyvinyl sheet) where we had indicated, rinsed off the windows, and the extra spatters of concrete. The area where they had installed piers was left with a smooth finish, unlike most patch places in concrete I've seen.
I would recommend them to anyone needing repairs of this kind to be done by this company. They have a transferable warranty for the life of your home, which is great to know! A truly superior job! These guys really know what they're doing!
