Purchased a 2020 Macan through Michael. From the beginning he was very easy to work with - no pressure, professional, personable, and knowledgeable. I'm a straight shooter and do not enjoy wasting time haggling back and forth. Michael understood my personality and was fluid to how I operate. Honestly, I was not expecting the process to be as smooth as it was. Danny was also a part of this positive experience for me. Will be recommending friends and colleagues to Michael in Arlington. These guys are always great! I’ve been coming here for years for service on my Cayenne and they always take care of me and get the job done in a timely manner. So s/o to the service team..on another note, i just recently purchased a 2020 Panamera 4S from the guys over at Porsche Arlington. My salesman Mike was the best ! The customer service he’s shown me is second to none ! He made sure my car came with all the specs I wanted and went above and beyond to make sure i was satisfied! I can’t say enough about how he took care of me. I would give this review 6 stars if i could! I appreciated his A1 customer service but more importantly, his care for my satisfaction . How it should be . I’d purchase my next car here for certain!

Professional service and excellent care … even if you don’t purchase a Porsche. I visited the Porsche of Arlington dealership to see a vehicle on their lot. I was in the market to replace my car and after a lot of research - lucked up on an immaculately kept Infiniti that was traded in on a new Porsche. I contacted the dealership to check availability of the vehicle. My salesman Michael responded immediately and we made arrangements to visit the dealership. Michael and manager, Victor were patient (not pushy), knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. The team go above and beyond to ensure you are well taken care of. So, if you are in the market for a new Porsche, or like me happen to find a good deal on another luxury vehicle that happens to be on their lot – don’t hesitate to visit them. They will treat you VERY well.

Purchased a used Cayman from Porsche Arlington. Mike was patient and friendly with us and understood our needs, making our purchase an amazing experience. Donald was knowledgeable and work his magic in financing. I went to several Porsche dealers within 200 mile radius, hands down Porsche Arlington beats them all with customer engagement and pricing.

Just purchased a new 911 from Porsche of Arlington. The start of the visit was a bit rough with the first salesperson saying that "the sticker price is the price you pay and if this is too high, this is the wrong car for you. We do have other used car at a lower price". A bit insulting because we never buy used cars and there is no reason for a salesperson from a high end car maker to act this way. Luckily Mike stepped in and helped us. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Outstanding service from Mike and the General Manager. This is our second purchase here and I would highly recommend this group (but ask for Mike). Paul
