Great expirience having work done here. I have a 2002 Jeep Liberty. Had a complete engine rebuild, (valve came loose a dropped on the piston, pretty much destroying the motor. They have serviced my transmission, replaced the alternator, air conditioner pump and power steering pump. Also replaced the the front suspension components, ball joints, bushings and boots. All the work has been perfect, timely and at a good price. Friendly and knowledgeable people.
A couple of years later the radiator developed a crack. Drove it a few times with the coolant low and it overheated badly. After I replaced the radiator (did it myself) the engine still overheated used coolant (but no leaks) and had motor oil in the coolant. PNW diagnosed a failed head gasket. They replaced the head gasket for a very reasonable cost. Engine has been perfect. Great experience working with them.

These are by far the best repair team I have ever met. We were stranded and confused, and scared. They were literally lifesavers. They repaired my car I left them and had it ready to go for us. We showed up with a new vehicle which wouldn't start when we tried ro leave. They were so accommodating that they fixed our new vehicle on the spot and had us back on the road in less than an hour and a half. All the while, they gave up there office to let our kids watch a movie to calm them while they worked on our vehicle. This is by far the best auto shop I have ever been to. I would recommend pnw automotive to Anyone who needs help. They are AMAZING.

Thank you pnw auto and all of your staff. You were the bright spot in a horrible situation.. thank you again sooooo much again for all you did. You give me hope that there are still good people out there. I can't thank you enough

Absolutely a wonderful place to have my car taken care of. After one shop wasted my time and money and couldn't fix my car I came here. Right out the gate they met me with a smile and fit me into their busy schedule. They were able to figure out what was wrong with my car and did so in a timely manner. They even vacuumed out the front of my car! Highly recommend people to go to them.
