We had the pleasure of staying at Shell yeah Labor Day weekend and absolutely fell in love with the condo. It was perfect, it was clean, comfortable and decorated beautifully. I could List the pros all day and not one con. We came in late and picked up the packet and keys in a box at the realtor, it was easy and seem less. Excellent Service provided! There is nothing better then walking up the beach to see your chairs and umbrellas already set up to enjoy the day. We never have to worry about our umbrellas blowing away. We had one issue with placement the first day, but once I reached out they arrived within 10 minutes to move our chairs to our placement requested on the reservation and they put them in the perfect spot for the rest of the week. We will definitely be renting from them next summer!

We have been using this company for years and have found them extremely reliable. However, the suggestion I would have is instead of clipping our last name on the back of the chair to locate our setup, to stencil a number on all of the umbrellas and let us know what number ours is with a receipt because people steal chairs and umbrellas as they just throw away the reservation name tag so there’s no way to know who stole your chairs. This happened three times in one week. Very stressful to walk around asking each unmarked setup if they rented it.

The first day I had to call because our umbrella and chairs were not up. However, as soon as I called, someone came and put them up immediately. The quality of the umbrella and chairs were fantastic, never had an issue with them being by 9 AM after the first day. My only other comment was that, they were put up in different spots every day getting further away from our building as the week went on. Overall, we were pretty satisfied and would use them again.

Very easy to rent Chairs & Umbrella! Simply called spoke to sweet sales girl, gave them the lifeguard stand # we would be at and by 9am the next morning they were there! We even had to call back the morning of our beach day because we gave them the wrong stand number! They came right back out and moved them for us… great customer service, easy process and great prices! What else can you ask for?!!

My expectations were exceeded by Pleasure Island rentals. I called months (out of season) in advance to plan and make arrangements. They answered all questions and helped me understand Carolina Beach set up. We rented beach umbrella sets, games, coolers, tables, folding chairs, beach wagons, etc.. This made our travels and celebrating so much easier. They delivered everything to the rented house and completed beach set up on time. I definitely recommend them! And will use them again!

Only takes a few minutes to secure a bike rental and only a few moments to check the bike back in. Bikes are lightweight and easy to pedal and ride. Definitely will be back!

I rented mid-week beginning of May for 2 days while I was here for 7 days. He was going to charge $50 to deliver to just 1.8 miles in North end. That was more than the rental. Would be nice to have that service at a lower cost & maybe increase b/t Memorial Day - Labor Day. No map no instructions but super nice . Easy check in. With kiosk. Take coupon from free flyer of map of the area for $5 off.
