Hands down we all need Pioneer Senior Solutions in our back pocket. It is such a chore on trying to research exactly how to get your elder loved one approved for Medicaid for a nursing home and it’s such an emotional roller coaster already—top that off with not having time on your side to waste or you will have to start paying the nursing home yourself. We hired Pioneer Senior Solutions and we felt immediate relief as they tails on everything and you just provide what they need. After giving them all the documents needed we just waited and our mom got to stay in the nursing home without extra pay beyond her income ONLY because they trusted Pioneer Senior Solutions to get the job done. What a relief for all of us! We can’t recommend this company enough. Even the state lost our first application in the mix and Pioneer Senior Solutions knew exactly how to handle that so we didn’t have to start all over again. What a real life nightmare the average person will have if they don’t have a company like this on their side!!! If we ever have a need for this again—we won’t call on any other company but Pioneer!!! Give them a shot, you won’t be sorry!!! Thank you for all you guys have done!

This company will take away all your stress and fight for your loved one to get a ******** in a fast and professional manner! The average person cannot do what they do without wasting a bunch of money and time and losing sleep. We were notified that our original application with ******** got lost in the system but because we hired Pioneer Senior Solutionsthey knew exactly what to do to fix this issue and not have to start all over again. AND they have such a good reputation that our mom got to remain in the nursing home with no extra cost other than her income while we waited to be approved because nursing homes trust this company. Cant say enough wonderful things about them!

After the Medicaid application process for my mother left me frustrated and confused, I contacted Pioneer Senior Solutions. I knew during the initial consultation I had made the right decision to allow a professional team guide me through the process. Adam walked me through the initial steps and then Roxanne served as my case worker for the remainder of time. Both were incredible personable, courteous, and professional. I have nothing but gratitude for the help and the manner in which they conduct their business. I would highly recommend their service!!!

Pioneer Senior Solutions was recommended to us and I am so glad we found them. They were invaluable in helping us navigate the process as we prepared to place my parents in a nursing home and my dad on hospice. I can honestly say we could never have done it without them! Adam Haeck was referred to me by a friend to help me with my aunt's finances and application for Medicaid since she was moved into a nursing home. I could not have done this on my own. He took over along with Roxanne and guided me through the whole process. Yes, there is a cost but it was worth every dollar. In the end saved me so much time and money. Highly recommend their services. I am so grateful for for their services. This was a blessing.

A great staff who responds to inquiries promptly and isn't afraid to "dummy down" the process in order for the client to FULLY understand what needs to take place. The staff works diligently working claims and continues to fight for the client. Great people all across the board.

In the middle of a pandemic and being 1500 miles, Pioneer was extremely helpful in navigating the medicaid process for my mother in Texas. Adam and his team continue to answer any questions even after the process. I could not have managed this without them.

Pioneer Senior Solutions was so helpful in assisting us to get my parent on Medicaid. Working with them made a complicated and difficult process very easy. They were very kind, knowledgeable, responsive and took care of all the details. They also kept us on schedule to make important deadlines even though we were in three different cities as clients. Not sure we could've accomplished this so timely and easily without them. Worth every penny! I highly recommend their services.
