We hired Pioneer to perform a 3rd party inspection on a new RV we were purchasing. Rick did a great job. He identified several issues that needed to be addressed, and we received a comprehensive report (approximately 70 pages) with detailed information, photographs, and action items. The turnaround time was very quick, which enabled us to complete the purchase of our RV in a timely manner. Rick was also very kind and personable. Rick was awesome! First, he was on time. Tardiness is my pet peeve. He made sure we understood everything he was explaining and would repeat if needed. He answered every question we had and went over items we may have missed in our questions. We are brand new RVers so we had many questions. He also has very reasonable rates. I wouldnt hesitate to call on him again with any questions I am sure we will have. Thank you again Rick.

We hired Rick to do a pre paid inspection on a motorhome that was in another town. Rick is extremely thorough with his inspection and very good at keeping his clients informed of every step. He helped us make the best decision for our motorhome. We heavily depended on his reports to make the right call. One thing to note is that while he's an extremely proficient inspector, he is not a mechanic. He strongly recommends if you have concerns around the mechanics of a vehicle to consult an actual mechanic. So if your main focus is to mitigate mechanical issues, do consider a mechanic that has the expertise for the engine of your vehicle. However for any other concern around the vehicle, Rick's report is going to be more than sufficient. It comes with photos and comments of the level of priority and other imperative details that will guarantee to help you make the right decision for your purchase.

Went through 2 inspections with Rick. The first was a total nightmare on the side of Camping World (yes I should've listened to everyone not to trust them) but Rick was very kind helping my through it and explaining things to me. It is my first time purchasing a trailer and I am learning on the go. Rick took the time out to send me some helpful videos and other info. 2nd inspection went a lot better. The reports provided are very detailed. Even the dealership said Rick was very thorough. Follows up with phone calls and/or texts as needed. Hopefully I am done with the RV inspecting process for a good while but I would recommend Rick!
