My significant other and I purchased an air conditioner from pioneer about 5 years ago. We've had them out to our place to do regular maintenance and things over the years. This last year my spouse died. He always took care of changing the filters and what not. And this Friday the air conditioner stopped working. They came out Monday. So kind. So pleasant. So polite, took care of it in less than an hour. Change my filter for me. Cleaned off my air conditioner for me and the rates were quite reasonable. I so appreciate these people. They are just top notch!

This family business goes the extra mile for the customer (they did for me anyway, going to the shipping point themselves to pick up my a/c unit that mfr and shipper did not get to Lady Lake on the promised date.) Mr. T and his sons are honest, professional, and reliable. I compared prices and theirs were most reasonable. The warranty was superior to others also. I live in Lady Lake MHP and have recommended them to folks I know here who have also been happy with Pioneer. As an aside to this review, I'd like to add my personal warning from my own experience that whatever service you may need, never call Frank Gay. Call Pioneer.
